I loved it. Very nice place; clean and a beautiful smiling server. It’s close to many offices and the central LA public library. They must be having great business. The neighborhood has a gem of a service in its heart.I didn’t bother with parking because I was coming from the central library. I hope many of the patrons don’t mind about parking since they must be coming from office blocks with their own parking spaces.

Clean and modern Starbucks location close to the Los Angeles Central Library. The location has a lot of big windows and brings in a good amount of outdoor lights. There are table seats and single person seats. Tea options are a bit limited though, but appreciate the double cupping for the hot tea drink.

One of the best Starbucks is to use when ordering ahead. They have a dedicated person there to help keep the order ahead orders completely separate and to keep the drinks free from wandering off or from someone grabbing the wrong drink. They’re super fast and very friendly I really love coming to the Starbucks when I’m in downtown

I work in the same building and have ordered from here dozens of times and to be fair, have never had a problem. This morning however, I placed a mobile order at 9:34 and it was supposed to be ready at 9:42. Usually, orders are ready far earlier. However, today it was clear they missed my order. At 9:50, after arriving and waiting, I noticed that walk-ins were already getting their order. So I went up to the counter and asked about my order. Guy said they were just about to make it....I watched him and saw that he gave something to the girl making the orders and she then made mine right away. Translation - "We forgot this one". No one is perfect of course, but I think you need to acknowledge the mistake and apologize for the delay.

Explained the barista for 5 mins on what and how the cappuccino I ordered to be and what I got was not even close to a Latte. Barely could taste the coffee and mostly tasted like milk.I think they mostly care about the music was playing to dance along rather than making a proper coffee...Starbucks coffee is always a disappointment no matter where I go!
When I first came to Starbucks, I came a little bit early. They open at 4:30 but they really open at 4:35. Because they was talking and laughing the food was good. I had ordered a bacon Gouda but for drink cookies, caramel crunch that wasn't made right Basically I had got a caramel flap which I didn't not order and when I asked them why my drink look like a caramel flat instead of what I'm ordering.they just look at me like I'm doing too much even tho I been at work the whole night waiting for them to open smh

Service is poor, they always mess up the order. The food is freze dried, frozen, then heated up. The only thing I like is the coffee. The atmospheric pressure is a conspiracy theory. I don't recommend!
