So I walked in here on Sunday morning. The two women had great energy. I asked one of them that they have a C charger and then I asked the other one both of them said no, but they did tell me where I could purchase one and I appreciated that But the thing they did not tell me THAT THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO PLUGS IN THIS STARBUCKS AT ALL THERE IS ONE VISIBLE PLUG SHOWN, BUT IT’S COMPLETELY BUSTED WITH WIRES EVERYWHERE. I JUST WANTED TO CHARGE MY VAPE. MY MOM JUST DIED. I HAD TO PEE SO I HAD TO BUY A DRINK, WHICH MADE ME THINK WHY NOT HAVE A SEAT BUT THIS ENVIRONMENT IS NOT YOUR TYPICAL STARBUCKS. IT’S WHAT YOU CALL A BROKE DOWN HOLE IN THE WALL, YOU COULD LOOK AT IT IT’S NOT BRIGHT WHAT’S STAFF IS VERY MANIPULATIVE AND UNHELPFUL AS DUSTY. THE BATHROOM WAS NOT CLEAN TO STARBUCKS LEVEL. THIS MUST BE PRIVATE OWNED. THIS IS NOT PART OF THE CHAIN. AT LEAST I DON’T THINK SO.
Crappy inconsiderate manager and the staff follows suit. I can't recommend.
My wife came in buy food and coffee when I was park my car and I came in to use the restroom and ask about the code to go to restroom and find out that been told that need to buy something first to use the restrooms and staff gave me the code after I told her that my wife is sitting there and she already bought drink and food & by the way this is Unprofessional & unfriendly staff & rude didn’t care even the coffee is cold and unfresh and store is dirty . I think stores that refuse customers to use their restrooms unless they buy something that’s against humanity and doesn’t deserve to give them business
Took 20 min to pour a black cup of coffee.
They started with holding the coffee trays for 3 drinks or more. I stopped tipping because the service just continues to get worst on the weekend. I had two drinks and the barista refused to give me a tray although I had a dog on a leash, ordered a croissant and had a caramel machiato along with a Pupucino. I had to leave my dogs pupucino behind because I could not carry all these drinks. The girl gave me an attitude that I stopped tipping for this reason. Its actually not a good practice because Ill have to limit my drinks to only one since they dont provide trays.

Horrible service rude the whole time i was there. They don't value they're customers here.never been to a starbucks with employees so rude. You don't like your job that's not my fault I just want coffee in the morning hold the spite

Hello! I'm only leaving this review because it was my first time trying starbucks. I also didn't know how to order and the cashier named Martha kept correcting me with attitude. This really discouraged me from ordering in the future from this store.
I don't know if she needs to be re-trained but it really sucked to experience this. I also wanted to add a raccoon cake pop but she told me "next time order it with your drink" with a lot of attitude. I told her okay and I said sorry because I didn't know it was going to be a big deal. Date that this happened: 10/8/24 at around 8:40am
Other than that! The man giving out the food was super nice and he also asked me if I wanted some Sriracha with some egg bites that I ordered 😄 so thank you! For taking it easy on me 😄

I was around 7:50 .
One lady was cleaning and also helping to prepare the drinks and food without changing her gloves. I had told her coworkers about it and they didn't do anything about it. She didn't change her gloves

I went to a cafe Starbucks in the US for the first time. Had a negative experience. I waited 15 minutes and still didn't get my coffee. This is the worst Starbucks I've ever been to.

Coffee came out piping hot. But it turns out lip of cup was dented and lid popped off, spilling some on me. Ouch! Employee seemed mildly annoyed when I asked for a new cup and lid. Store was nice and clean, but what simpleton ordered their tables with concave tops? (See pic.) Let’s all attempt to balance our hot coffees in a bowl. Hello?

Worst coffee shop ever, they don't take your name for coffee, we just have to guess that it is our coffee that they put there. Second, they deliberately close the washrooms, even the customers can't access it. Lastly, they have a very rude behavior towards customers, especially the girl with blue hairs and short height, she was very rude.

This morning I went to this location at around 5:40am and I was in a rush, I wanted to get a treat for my coworker. ERICK IS AMAZING! The energy he has early in the morning is unmatched. I expected to be in and out with minimal communication, ERICK made me feel at HOME. Keep him and give him Manager position or a raise, both will work. Also there was a young man who worked with him as well who made my drink beautifully and tasty I wish my picture could reflect but I couldn’t stop drinking it

I don’t usually put reviews. However, this Starbucks has the rudest employees I have ever encountered. The 2 female workers who were working today (06/28/24) around 2:30PM are always giving attitude and always purposely ignore my family and I when we need a straw or something. Every single time those employees are there, the drinks taste horrible. It’s like they purposely do it since we are regulars here and they already know who we are. They look annoyed when they were helping us.
I literally feel sick rn from my matcha frappe. They need re-training on their customer service. I don’t understand how they are still working there. I have noticed that they only treat certain people unfairly as well. It’s ridiculous and disgusting behavior. We are not going to be coming here anymore. I’m writing this review because this has happened multiple times. No one should be treated like this. We are just trying to get a drink. That’s it.
