When I was visiting family, we decided to stop in at this Starbucks and I’m glad we did. The barista that served us was Chelsea. She was professional, helpful, kind, and had a huge smile on her face. I wanted to order a decaf iced coffee. The one that I wanted did not have an option in decaf, but she was so helpful in recommending something else and I’m glad she did because I enjoyed the drink that she recommended. Her working behind the counter at this Starbucks did not give it the vibe of a Starbucks it gave it a vibe of a family member serving me a cup of coffee. Thank you, Chelsea we will be back.

A solid Starbucks to get the day going.
I just had a short hot matcha latte with almond milk. Perfect flavor and temperature on a nice warm day.
I’d definitely come back here again to try their other menu items.

Amanda is very rude and not very helpful I dont know if thats her real name. Tinted hair with dr martin boots . No guest service at all. She may thought that we are not paying customer thats why she did not let me use the restroom. She just took her time chatting with other customer. I patiently waited. She made we wait a long time to say she is not opening the restroom. We ordered mobile order and just picked up our drink and left. No consideration to customers.

Had a terrible experience with employee Brenda at Starbucks. She showed no compassion when my young child urgently needed to use the restroom, refusing to provide the code until I made a purchase. My son was in distress, clearly struggling, yet she still denied access. Even the security guard acknowledged she was wrong. This level of customer service is unacceptable—Brenda needs to be retrained on basic empathy and proper customer care
