This is the best Starbucks! The staff is always super friendly and cheerful no matter how busy they are. Daniel and Rene are two employees who exemplify what it means to be client friendly and professional! Thanks for always making our perfect drinks!

Came into possibly order something and use a restroom.Went up to the front, asked them very clearly, what's the code for the restroom?A bald manJust looked at me 42 seconds and turned around. And it took somebody that I thought was the human paying attention to give me the restroom code.Terrible customer service

I tried to order the drink that I purchase almost every day, which is a Venti ice, shaken espresso with sweet cream foam on the side to which they refused. They said that per their new store policy, they are not able to do any add-ons on the side. I called Starbucks and asked if this was for all Starbucks stores and they said that they were not aware that that May be a policy of the store itself. I do not understand if I am paying $1.25 for the foam why it cannot be put on the side so I do not lose out on any coffee in my Venti cup. This is very disappointing as this coffee is already very expensive to begin with. I love Starbucks and drink it way too much, but not being able to get what I am paying for is Discouraging. The staff was very friendly and I do not fault them for following Their store policy.

Management here sucks , will not take accountability for the lack of customer service training their employees need . Their employee mathew is scared of a crayola box , if you donβt look like him expect to get treated differently.

If I can give them no stars I will the workers here are very unprofessional when it comes to customer service they are not trained to handle certain encounters with customers especially if your colored they just refuse service and laugh like itβs a joke or something not cool at all they discriminate here I will no longer be coming back to this location they need better management and staff ITS CALLED COSTUMER SERVICE!

Staff is friendly and still let's you use the restroom without buying something, but parking is virtually non-existant.

I don't have any money for food or anything else so I got a cup of water and enjoy the air conditioning.

Music is still deafening two years later but the service and hospitality is some of the best Iβve experienced at any Starbucks. Thank you π«΅πΌπ
Parking is kinda tight.

Unfortunately, this is the closest Starbucks to my daughter's school. She loves the Pink Drink, and I love the iced coffee. However, most of the staff needs more training because they make the coffee super bitter and undrinkable, and they make the Pink Drink just like milk! In contrast, in Long Beach, they leave everything exactly as you'd expect from a drink you paid for!
