They have almost nothing on the menu available and the staff is rude.

Very unwelcoming environment, can't do any work at this location. The music is extremely loud to concentrate. Most starbucks have a nice welcoming environment except this location. You can barely hear any conversation.

I'm still in shock with prices going up $7 now for a venti frap I get that economically business are hurting but still price wise I wouldn't waste my $$ everyday purchasing here. Last but not least there restrooms are disgusting i saw there toilet/floor covered with diarrhea like it was done on purpose they didn't clean it till I addressed them about it.

(Drive-thru) I ordered a hot chocolate with other things, but they just gave me the food and not the drink at the window. I couldn't back up, so I picked it up inside the store. When I get back to the car, I notice they have already drank from the hot chocolate, it didn't even past 3 min!! wth???

It's a good starbuks, I spend a lot of time here waiting for the bus and it's great. The only issue is that it's usually filled in the morning and afternoon, so it's sometimes hard to find a seat. (It's a good thing, though, business wise, it's always crowded.)

Cute Starbucks to get your coffee and bakery item at. I came here after an appointment, drive through was fast and easy. Parking lot is a bit small so best to use drive through. Clean, employees were nice, recommend. A+

A very wonderful and beautiful place. I feel comfortable and calm while sitting in it. It is one of my favorite places that I love to go to.

Worse customer service by far , Brenda had a real nasty attitude. Ordered 2 drinks as she asked if it was correct on the screen? I mentioned it was a tea i ordered not a latte, the next thing she said. I know you’ve been here before and always complain about your drinks . She was all around wrong , we visit this particular Starbucks at least 5 days out of the week and our order has NEVER been wrong. Her behavior was really uncalled for , she is hurting the business. I was paying for the drinks, she isn’t doing me a favor. Customer service, is what she’s here for !!! I don’t think she understands her job ….. this was bad service

They're so slow it takes them 3-4 times the amount of time as other starbucks drive-thru's. They treat the drive thru like a mobile order and don't prioritize people in cars at all. As I write this I've been in line for over 40 minutes and there's only 8 cars in line and the line still isn't moving. There's also no way to exit once you get in que. Literal trap.. stay far away unless you have an hour of your day to give away.

Despite the morning rush, this Starbucks is a daily must-visit. The drive-thru line can be long, but the friendly staff and expertly crafted drinks make the wait worthwhile. Arriving around 8:30 AM, I've always been greeted with smiles and a steaming cup of coffee that perfectly fuels my day. The baristas consistently nail my order, and their positive attitude makes the experience even more enjoyable.

Coffee is good, the service as well and the place is spacious enough to sit and get some work done. However every time I visit this place the music is blaring from their speakers, making hard for it to concentrate. This place has the loudest music of all locations I have visited.
Parking: Parking is limited to 2-3 slots.

Worst Starbucks ever. Not only was the drive thru line long, but when I pulled to the mic box to order, they told me their blender was not working and only had 2 espresso drink choices. Horrible. Highly disappointing.

Worst Starbucks employees ever!
Takes real effort to be the worst in a company that has so many locations.
Been to so many Starbucks and they are the worst.
They fill the cups to the point the drinks are spilling as they hand it to you and they don't care if you ask them not to do so. Horrible customer service

Excellent service , girl named Paola very attentive and really really helpful, it really goes the extra mike with my order and her customer service, good job Pao makes want to keep coming back to Starbucks, specially this one!!
Always very slow and they play loud music inside which makes it impossible to hear anything. Also homeless people come in and steal drinks from the counter and staff could care less.
