I am extremely disappointed with the service I received during my first—and unfortunately, my last—visit here on a slow Sunday afternoon. As someone with a disability, I value my privacy deeply. While in the restroom, Jose knocked on the door multiple times, and when I was temporarily unable to respond, he threatened to call the police. I was then forced to disclose the reason for my extended time—an intimate and private matter. His insistence on discussing my personal situation in such a manner was both upsetting and disrespectful. Additionally, he paid several visits to the manager to escalate the situation further.
To summarize, the Starbucks staff appeared willing to involve law enforcement over a paying customer with a disability, which I find utterly unacceptable. I hope this situation is addressed to ensure others are treated with the dignity and respect they deserve

This Starbucks is good just that every Starbucks now doesn't even give you the extra matcha powder scoops you ask for and it's mostly foam than drink. The only drink I have problems with now. I'm basically paying for milk with a hint of matcha, like bruh no reason for paying the extra matcha scoop if they're going to give you regualr scoops of matcha.

I ordered 30 minutes before closing and I asked if I could use the restroom. An employee with long black hair and a headband denied me access. She said I couldn’t use the restroom 30 mins before closing because it’s store policy. She then told me to go to target! I am a paying customer at Starbucks why would I go to target to use the restroom! However, way past the 30 mins before closing 2 police officers entered and she allowed them to use the restroom. I understand they’re police officers and need to go to the restroom but I also needed to go. She was rude and unfair. She was hypocritical because she ignored store policy for others. She discriminated me and didn’t let me use the restroom but proceeded to let others use it!
