I come here a lot, and the staff are always throwing their A game. They’re attentive and doing the best they can. It does get packed like a mofo on weekends, but it’s relatively quick service, especially for mobile orders.

I ordred tall size coffee around 6:50 am. Coffee was warm not hot. First time it happeed at Starbucks. McDonald sometimes serve warm coffee, but when I pay more at * bucks I expect better service.Also, my credit card info was stolen at this location a few years ago. My card info was used 5 minutes later at * bucks at Olympic & Figueroa buying gift card worth around $400.

Not sure what the barista was having a bad mood from the one particular day my daughter went to go for a drink with her friends.The barista in her words, said, “I’m not serving this girl.” And so had my daughter hand her gift card to her friend. To which she then passively declined, claiming the gift card wasn’t working.My daughter didn’t believe her and after impulsively tossing the card out, and unsurely knowing I’d the card was empty, called her uncle again asking about the card he gifted her. The uncle said he was positive it was a brand new card never used and advised my daughter to check again. So my daughter registered this card online to find out that, in fact, there was $10 loaded and unused on this card.I’m not sure if my daughter was being profiled for being poorly dressed or trying to score an extra bottle of water that she declined for using the gift card with along with her friend’s drink, but I don’t appreciate this kind of treatment. We will be boycotting Starbucks for future notice of all Starbucks chains. Not that they care, from the way this company had been acting on a large scale, but they should.My daughter says the manager helped mediate the situation and she should be at least acknowledged. So thank you to whoever you are. But as for the rest of the staff that encourages this kind of behavior, shame on you.

made a beeline for a quick pick me up and it was quick. The drive thru line took longer than my drink did to be prepared. Efficient and smiles a plenty from the baristas. Amazing service.
