I am still getting weak watery drinks from Starbucks. I guess someone doesn't like the way I look. I won't go to Starbucks anymore, especially this one.

The lady with red hair was so rude for some water asked to purchase something to get a water . Not my fault she is messing with the guy with the Beenie so a kind customer purchase some for me for the water and she was mad dawging me what an ugly attitude.

I always get coffee here, the old ppl working there are nice and friendly. Now today when I went the cashier, the girl told me “I don’t have coffee for you”, “the machine is down” while I saw the other workers making coffee. I didn’t want to bother so I left. Later on I see one of my acquaintances come out of the store with coffee. The new cashiers need to be retrained.

I like the place and service but in my opinion I think you have to bring security service to the personal are working inside and to the people we are going to buy our beverages to let go inside or deny acces to go inside because I was today and in front of many people we are making line to buy and a women homeless go through inside stole many things from the store and she left easy and go walk outside and no security is available to the workers and for us !
The ice has something in it other than splashes of coffee... I let it melt and saw swirl of some sort... I normally drink water, so that made it easy to seek.... No I wouldn't advise to buy any liquids from them.. I RECOMMEND NOTHING FROM THIS LOCATION BUT I DO HAVE FAVORITES BELOW.

Lovely customer service very welcoming baristas. Drinks are good as they should can’t complain. Not much space to dine in and enjoy your coffee. Restrooms could be improved. I get it people want to hang out but sometimes it can be tough with “homeless people”. NO DRIVE THRU. BE AWARE of street parking otherwise expect to be given a citation (ticket).
