It's at Ralph's. There are many MD products, but they are exposed to the outside and dust is accumulating in the boxes...

I love Starbucks, I enjoy sitting down with a good book and a hot caramel macchiato mmmmm. I also love their impossible breakfast sandwich and their warm chocolate ?. Their coffee shops are nice but the music is always very loud so I'd rather take my food home and enjoy it.

An hour after it’s supposed to be open, and no one is here and everyone at Ralph’s don’t understand what’s happening. Not only that, but the app still says it open, and accepting orders. I had to wait 30 minutes on the phone with support to try and get a refund since no one was answering at the Ralph’s. Poor performance.

The service was horrible!
My 96 fl. oz coffee was ready to go piping HOT with all of the condiments ect. This isy 2nd time using them for an event. It is convenient fore to pick up baked goods for the meeting as well!! 10 plus stars!!

Great Employees but what I don’t understand is why at 9am they would only have one person working. Morning is normally busy. Here I am waiting behind 4 people with one worker that has to take orders & make the orders as well. Someone just order 5 different things for her coworkers. Which is fine but one more person schedule would be great

I went 15 minutes before they closed today June 20.And the guy doesnt want to attend.
There’s information on the Starbucks website that they work till 9 p.m. We came over at 8:40 and the rude guy tell me just: “we closed”. I am so upset because I spent time to get there and came back home without my coffee
I love this Starbucks and the baristas that they have here. Everytime me & my family come we always seem to receive an attitude from Natalie or an order that is missing ingredients or it’s put with something we didn’t ask for. So today despite my previous experience with her (Natalie) I thought I’d give her another shot instead of waiting until after I was done shopping. Long story short I ordered the strawberry frappe with 2 scoops of vanilla bean powder, 1 scoop of strawberry inclusions, 3 pumps of white mocha topped with whip cream & strawberry purée. When I received my drink I told her I never asked for caramel drizzle and that it was only for the vanilla bean that I ordered for my daughter. She then tries to argue me down and I repeat to her what I ordered. This girl walks away as I’m speaking to her and then starts to assist another customer. Instead of her doing the appropriate and correct thing she chose to walk away while I’m speaking with her, even when I asked if you can please remake it she ignored me. I never gave this girl an attitude nor have I came at her disrespectfully despite the amount of times that I’ve dealt with her. I went and did my shopping and decided to go back and ask her name. I understand we all have our bad days but for it to be a constant thing its disgusting! I believe in giving people chances because we all have our days. But today was my last straw with this barista. I’ve had pleasant experiences with the others that work there whether I come in early morning or late in the afternoon. But I know now to avoid and not even order if she is working there alone. This store deserves a 5 star but because of her my rating will be 3.
I ended with a cup of coffee and a delicious slice of cake and a wonderful dinner, competent workers offering great service.
