Shoutout to the staff at this location on the morning of 3/1/24! I don't understand why the reviews are so poor when I had such a fantastic experience from some very friendly and attentive folks. A model Starbucks location with great people behind the bar.

This location is very unsafe.The crowd is very rude and not civil.There are better locations that are safe and crowds are more civil.The entrance elevated door sill, a recipe for a disaster to happen for elderly patrons. I almost tripped while entering. I asked the store manager to ask corporate to make changes. I guess people don't care in this area.Be careful.

Worst Starbucks in the World. I would never forget the time I stepped into this Starbucks store. Worst nightmare with hostile staff with no compassion or respect whatsoever. I asked the staff to have me use their bathroom because my bladder is ready to burst, and they bluntly denied my request to them it's only for their customers. I told them that I am a customer too and I told them I'm going to buy some coffee as soon as I'm done using the bathroom, but to my disappointment, they denied my request. I'm so furious and frustrated about how unprofessional and selfish these employees are! Luckily, there is a McDonald's next door who openly and graciously allowed me to use their bathroom without any hesitations. I reported this matter to the LA Starbucks district or regional director/manager only to be told that her staff are all well trained and do not behave the way I told her. What a disappointment!!! This lady boss of Starbucks did not extend me the benefit of the doubt and made me feel it was my fault. She missed the opportunity to correct a very grave customer service issue that could bring improvement in her organization. So, from then on, I avoided STARBUCKS by alllmeans!!!

This is the second time that I spent really bad at this shop. I understand it might be busy during noon or special events but still they need to improve the service, the way they talk to customers as well as the quality of the drinks. I went there only twice and for those two times, they made my coffee wrong, never look at the labels when they make beverages.I’m a big fan of Starbucks but so disappointed with that! They are ruining the brand.

Amazing Starbucks in K-Town! I must say all staff are super friendly and attentive. I feel welcome every time I walk into this coffee shop. My coffee is always right :) TY Baristas! Let's not forget manager Tyan is such absolutely Amazing!

05/10/2023Closed because the power is out? Other businesses next door is up and running. What's going on here? I finally found parking during rush hour traffic and come up to the door to see this sign. That's just wrong. Was it the whole block or just this store location? I guess to visit this location, you either work nearby, live nearby, but don't try to find parking just to stop at this location for a drink.

Service is good, but one thing that is kinda not set right is there's no plug charger in the whole store, I was trying to use my laptop but unfortunately forgot to charge it, so as usual what I do in every Starbucks is to look for the closest plug charger, but couldn't find any so I asked one of the employees and told don't have any, so this something needs to be looked at.

Phil refused to take my order due to not having change for 100$ my tap was 20$ I still asked if the manager was available to get the change and he said no we can't take your order.

Phil the cashier refused to take my 100$ bill due to change there's no sign in front saying they don't take bills over 20 I asked for the manager and he just smiled and said they aren't here I can't take your order when it was 20$
