Sadly, starbucks has gone down the hills, they never learned how make good or real coffee and now they cant even make a good refresher. Great service, but drinks are just too simpleand too expensive

This is the closest Starbucks to my work but I stopped going because staff demand and expect tip but act rude about it. Why is the tip paid before the service is made?? Your staff takes advantage, that's bad management.
