Another busy Starbucks! I really enjoyed my visit here. The staff were super friendly and professional. The service was fast, and the food/drinks were delicious. Will definitely visit again.

Wonderful staff. I was greeted with a friendly good morning and they were so kind and helpful. The people made this shop feel great, despite it being just your basic city coffee shop.

Came to this Starbucks and couldn’t get a cup of water even though I had just made a purchase a couple of hours ago and showed my receipt. That doesn’t seem like typical Starbucks culture, very unfortunate. I go to Starbucks everyday.

I asked this dude for ice cup and i have to purchase from them even though i bought from them way earlier. Never heard of starbucks requesting a purchase for something they are used to giving free until i came to this store.

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for years and have always appreciated the consistent service and familiar faces. However, today’s experience was extremely disappointing. A new lady at the cashier was not only rude but had a clear attitude from the moment I stepped up to order. She got my order wrong, and instead of handling it professionally, she blamed me—claiming my voice was too low. The reality is the store had loud music playing, which made it difficult to hear clearly. Rather than trying to clarify or ask politely, she rolled her eyes and acted as though I was the inconvenience. Her behavior was disrespectful and uncalled for.

What made the situation even more upsetting was the feeling that I was being singled out. Whether it was because of how I look or speak, the way she treated me felt discriminatory and left me feeling extremely uncomfortable in a place I’ve supported for so long. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this experience crossed a line. Customers deserve to be treated with basic respect, no matter who they are or how long they’ve been coming in. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses it appropriately.

A smaller Starbucks but the young ladies that work the weekend (Saturday morning) are awesome! I’ve always had issues with baristas pouring Nitro with too much foam. The baristas here did it right. Along with that, my teen said their drink was amazing. Seating area was clean and everyone was very friendly. Will return for coffee needs when we are in the area.
