This one barista with a different apron was very rude and wouldn’t give me a minute to sign in to my starbucks account to get my coupon even though there were not that many people in line. Poor customer service! Will definitely not coming back here. 0/10 would not recommend!

At first, I thought the queue was long because it was crowded, but turned out it was because the people working there were SO SLOW. It's like they don't even know what they are doing there.I've been in line for 30 minutes, and I'm pretty sure I still have to wait for another 15 minutes to order, so I finally gave up.For the manager, please hire someone better at this job, at least someone who won’t waste other people's time.

This location closes early, most Starbucks are open until 10 pm. I waited a long time for one drink. It’s very full and I can’t wait over twenty minutes when I have class. The prices are the same as going into any Starbucks. The workers seem they rather be somewhere else.
