There was one specific barista that ruined our entire experience by being rude multiple occasions. We understand customer service is a hard and tiring job, but it was on multiple days with the same attitude.
I like this Starbucks although it's always so full. There's always a big line here. The baristas don't take too long to make your coffee so that's good. It's also a really small place with very little seats inside but they also have some outside. It's also pretty loud.
The major renovation a few years ago really helped update the look of the place, although when the line gets long, the place gets packed. I've never had an issue with any drink I've gotten from this place, although I keep my orders simple. I do not believe they do an online order pickup at this particular location.
