I’m writing to share some feedback about my recent experiences at the Starbucks inside Ralphs at Wilshire & Bundy.
I visit Starbucks almost daily (about six times a week) and recently started ordering more often at this location. Unfortunately, I’ve had multiple instances where my drink was made incorrectly—at least five times—despite clearly explaining and confirming my order. I never complained, as I understand how busy the job can be.
However, today’s experience crossed a line. I noticed that customers who ordered after me were being served first, so I politely asked one of the baristas (a young woman with curly hair) about it. Her response felt dismissive and came with an attitude. When my drink was finally made, it was poorly prepared and the cup was only about halfway full.
Another barista asked if I wanted more ice. I replied that it likely needed more oat milk. He hesitated, and rather than push the issue, I said it was fine and wished them happy holidays.
I truly have a lot of respect for Starbucks crew and the hard work they do—I’ve built friendly relationships with staff at many other locations. That said, this particular store has consistently struggled with both drink accuracy and customer service, which has been disappointing.

No better feeling than grabbing a coffee at this location right before doing your groceries! The barista, Ramin, was incredible. He had great energy, always smiling and complimented my style. 10/10 experience

Gabby told us we cannot get our 2 pre paid travelers coffee. We had ordered them waaaay in advanced.
When I asked her to pour me 25 black coffees she said "it will take me a while"
It's 630am and they don't have black coffee made?!?!
