Very very rude customer service . We are in rush and left the Cafe in hurry . When I was bit far away from the Cafe the young girl start screaming and calling me . She was saying I left something. I thought I left my phone I went back she said you left your trash. I asked her if she called me from middle of the road just to throw my coffee cup into the rubbish bin. She very rudely told me well that's what you should do.
I never had this experience. No where in Starbucks put notice to throw your rubbish before you leave. We do this voluntarily. I gave her 25% tip for her arrogant rude service while I was ordering.
Coffee was half a cup.
I guess Starbucks should train first to their employees how to behave first. Very low standard.
Not ordering anything from you guys anymore. Poor customer service.

My wife called back from the street to the restaurant to put one coffee cup into the rubbish bin. It is not my job to clean your table. We paid $10 for a coffee including 25% tip for doing your job. I dont need a lecture advising I should take my trash with me. Did you put a notice that I need to clean your table?
You should do your job. We voluntarily put our rubbish to the bin but it is your job. I will never go back to this ridiculous restaurant. How dare you.

Typical Starbucks connected to a hotel. Can get very busy at times. I just had a latte. Inside floor was pretty old and looked bad. Outdoor seating is nice (although loud with traffic). Staff was very friendly. Next to two other restaurants. Expensive.

Welcome to the slowest Starbucks in the country. Where there is consistently more baristas behind the bar than people in line and will take you 15 min to make a sandwich.

Opened late, took 30 minutes to get my online order completed, and didn’t get my order before shuttle bus for airport arrived. Very apathetic employees at this store.

Don’t go here if you are in a hurry. 25 minute wait for a mobile order of two coffee’s. “Baristas” are usually too busy on their cell phone to get anything done. Then place covers on cups after touching their phones, pretty gross. Been in there everyday this week.

I used to stop by at this location a lot and I was really happy with the people working there. Good service good customer service.
Today after long time, I stopped by the girl that was working there. I think her name is Rocky ( not sure spelling is correct)
From the beginning, showing me attitude, she had her AirPod in her ear and whatever I asked, she told me repeated I don’t hear you
She was rude, and the other customer told her that she can help me. She was talking behind me about me to the other customer.

I ordered a grand size, but I got a small size. This is the Starbucks near the airport, which serves tourists. You tell her the size is wrong, she tells you it's the grand size. Ask her to compare, she tells you they are busy.

I recently visited the Starbucks near the Residence Inn Marriott at LAX and was thoroughly impressed! This Starbucks stands out with its unique charm and lively ambiance. This location is located in residential inn by LAX. Have used many times when I stay at the Hyatt as it is an easy walk. Went yesterday and saw a huge sign now that won’t let you use the bathroom in the lobby which they always did with a key. I’m sorry I ordered a $10 plus coffee have been a black and gold Starbucks holder as well as a Starbucks visa which they also discontinued and now I can’t even use the ladies room?! I think it’s a cleaning and neighborhood thing however for some of your best customers I think it’s terrible. I can’t support the we are in the city and don’t want to offer services like a normal business that serves food and drinks. Sad my coffee was good and staff friendly.

Parking: At airport so not easy I walk there.
