I recently visited the Starbucks near the Residence Inn Marriott at LAX and was thoroughly impressed! This Starbucks stands out with its unique charm and lively ambiance. The staff here are incredibly friendly and go out of their way to make every visit special. Whether you're grabbing a quick coffee before a flight or sitting down to catch up on work, the environment is welcoming and energetic. It's also super convenient to order right from the app, making it a breeze to pick up your favorite drinks and snacks on the go. Definitely a five-star experience with top-notch service and a cozy, rock-on vibe!

This location is located in residential inn by LAX. Have used many times when I stay at the Hyatt as it is an easy walk. Went yesterday and saw a huge sign now that won’t let you use the bathroom in the lobby which they always did with a key. I’m sorry I ordered a $10 plus coffee have been a black and gold Starbucks holder as well as a Starbucks visa which they also discontinued and now I can’t even use the ladies room?! I think it’s a cleaning and neighborhood thing however for some of your best customers I think it’s terrible. I can’t support the we are in the city and don’t want to offer services like a normal business that serves food and drinks. Sad my coffee was good and staff friendly.Parking: At airport so not easy I walk there.

Not the best stocked Starbucks, but so glad they are located in the hotel, and open early. They do have the usual pastries, plus oatmeal and breakfast sandwiches if you're skipping the hotel continental breakfast.

As a regular here, I can confidently say anybody who has something to say about “attitude” from workers here needs to check their OWN attitude at the door. Everybody who works here is nice and helpful and they do their best at a very busy starbucks location to make people’s mornings. I think I’ve only received one wrong drink in my 1.5 years coming here (almost 4x per week), and they’re really cool and fast about making things right for free… don’t let cranky reviewers project their misery onto this starbucks because it really doesn’t deserve that.

This Starbucks sucks ,I usually try to look past the bad attitude but it’s too much as soon as you come in.Please tell your employees that they can stop texting for half a second while taking orders“CYN” as her name tag states is always looking down at her phone and I will have to repeat myself in order for her to get the order right . ?!?!? Hello work on your customer service!

Nice little Starbucks attached to the Marriott hotel just outside of LAX. Clean and well taken care of. They have a huge variety of breakfast and pastries - more then what I have seen in other Starbucks. I ordered a small coffee so didn't try any of the goodies. Maybe next time. I like Starbucks coffee but not necessarily other things from here.
