On July 20, 2025, at 3:21 pm, I received exceptional service from a Caucasian male. He demonstrated professionalism, efficiency, charisma, and leadership by going above and beyond to assist me. I felt treated like royalty throughout the interaction. Today, August 17, 2025, at 5:30 pm, I received the same high level of service from a young Hispanic female who wears glasses šŸ¤“. She is an outstanding, hardworking, and charismatic individual who diligently seeks legitimate resources to provide accurate answers. I am impressed with her leadership skills, as she takes the initiative to find solutions rather than providing inaccurate information. Unfortunately, this level of dedication is not always evident in younger generations, who may opt to fabricate answers or claim ignorance. I am delighted to acknowledge and express my appreciation for the exceptional service provided by both individuals. Their hard work and commitment to excellence are truly commendable.

My order was all wrong. Coffee was delivered black with no cream or sugar as requested. I paid over $20 to have my items delivered as ordered and it was not. The manager on duty this morning told me her name was Patricia, but she couldn’t do anything about it, because the ordered has already been delivered. What poor customer service ~ that’s the best thing she could say to me. Disgusting ?

Very disappointed with the staff and management. One of the workers by the name of Karla Cruz was accusatory of my partner stealing a coffee- when she was questioned for her gaslighting antics- she request a lady by the name of Kalanie to come from the back and she was very unprofessional, lacked interpersonal skills, and went from behind the counter to confront us aggressively.We are faculty that work near this location and I was appalled by this treatment. Management didn't even handle or deescalate the situation. There was no apology, once she found out he purchased his coffee- it was borderline discriminatory, and rude. I will ensure that my staff and faculty will not be supporting this particular store anytime soon.

Came to this Starbucks with the intention to order but went to the restroom first. Everything was great until I turned to throw my paper towel in the trash and met the spider that bit Spider-Man. This spider was HUGE! Like probably around the size of a quarter and it was just on the wall by the trash can. I decided to leave and not order anything. This is seriously unappetizing.
