I don't mix much with coffee efficianados. Pikes Place small with (2) raw sugars. Other outlets taste like mud. You know the drill. Nothing but the best will do! They do have restroom available.

Tea and coffee were good, the latter better than my local store. The spinach wrap was ok, although a little bit on the sour side.

WiFi not working waste of my time driving over here. Broke my boycott for no reason. Waste of money. Furniture is old and tables are gross. Not sure why it’s called “LAX” Starbucks. It’s not in LAX.There’s also no outlets.Would love to know who runs the LA area Starbucks. It’s embarrassing how bad they are. New York somehow has nicer ones that actually look modern.

Worked here for about 3 months, quit and never looked back. Management is terrible. Training was rushed and poorly done, so they can get you out on your own working right away. Tried to deny me a basic human right, to drink water. Threaten to write me up for stepping away from the register to drink water, as we were required to build connections with customers, in other words, holding conversations while taking orders. Yet, I was not allowed to have any drinks around me, not even water, which is all I needed. They strictly have to be in the back room of the store, which some may argue is pretty standard for restaurant policies. However, I was not allowed to walk back there. I struggled to step away to go use the restroom during my shift, as I was expected to be "planted" at the register. They under-schedule staff to exploit employees and have them work multiple stations at a time. In other words, 3 positions in 1. The company does not care about you, and management works in favor of them. Shift supervisor, Jordan Green, is flat out passive aggressive and unprofessional. Please save your time and energy on this place, and don't apply here :)

Nice Starbucks with lots of seating outdoors and a few tables indoors. I've been to this location a few times when I'm dropping friends off at lax and they've been consistently good. The baristas were friendly and made my drink quickly. I got my usual, dragonfruit mango lemonade which was great as usual. Also has ample 2hr parking it shares with other businesses. Only downside was the cleanliness of the restroom which wasn't great. I guess that's partly on the customers. Conveniently located, it's a great spot to grab a beverage before a flight.

I really enjoy this location in a large shopping area. This location is my go to location while waiting for a car wash to be completed, people finishing their shopping at Ralph’s or CVS or waiting for projects to be printed at Staples. Staff were very polite this morning-which is the norm here. I like the outdoor patio with about 15 sets of tables and chairs. Coffee and cookie measured up to Starbucks standards. Great place to relax during a busy day!
