I know that it's inside of a Vons but Starbucks is still supposed to have standards I asked for medium size drink he tried to give me a small told him no medium the 16 oz finally he understood then they tried telling me that if I got my drink with no ice they would have to only fill it halfway when I told them that this happens at no other Starbucks I have ever gone to they finally filled up my drink I will be reporting this to corporate because this is the only Starbucks I ever have a problem with and it has happened multiple times if Vons does not want to do anything about it maybe Starbucks will

More people working in the service deli. The people who work there are overworked. I have seen people wait and then walk away. Also, during the weekdays when they are trying to stock they leave empty boxes lying around for hours and customers could trip on them. Wise up store management you are losing money and could have a lawsuit from someone falling.

This store has only 2 check stands open and express lane is not open .I only have one thing .I have been standing for 25 min.I am pissed not happy .They need to improve on customer service

horrible customer service ordered 4 drinks and they gave me attitude about the cup holder made me put the drinks in it myself and got into an argument with me about my mask and were very rude
I just left Starbucks at Vons. The staff who helped me tonight was so prompt, friendly and helpful and was very knowledgeable with the products/drinks that they're serving. Happy customer. I stopped by to get a venti coffee... just want to let you know that i appreciate you answering my inquiry.. thanks

I went in today to get my daily carmel frapachino crunch vinti I guess the girl was new or didn't know how to make my drink cause when I left it was watery and not like it should be thicker and colder the way I usually get it especially when I'm out in the heat I just wish the person showing this girl how to make it would of known how to make it if that's how she showed her
