Called the day before to have 3 Travel boxes ready to go for 6am. Since I had a meeting at 7am. Unfortunately I didn't get a name from barista but the lady confirmed that they would be ready to go on 12/10 at 6am. I arrived on 12/10 at 5:50am and checked in with the front cashier, as I gave my order name the 3 Travel boxes. She looked at her drive thru cashier and the drive thru cashier stated oh my I'm sorry someone needed them since they got here at 5:30am and I was like ok I had call the day before and they told me these would be ready for me. They had nothing to say. Long story short. Undependable STAFF, And was late to the meeting.

I ordered here thru mobile a 6 shots with chocolate malt, almond milk, and “Grande size”. When I got there to pick up my order, I asked the server if I can buy just a trifecta cup with light ice, so I can put my own sweetener, but she said no, and she offered me to give me two cups of grande cup with ice instead. The reason she gave me is because they are short on big cups that’s why she can’t sell me one. So what I did is just ordered another iced black coffee “largest size” and asked her to don’t make the coffee and just put ice on the cup. If I knew she wouldn’t sell me just big cup with ice, I would have ordered the larger size on my first order that I did online.

It feels like every week when I order multiple Carmel frappes, just seems like they try to add so much whip cream that you don’t get your moneys worth it’s suck that’s there’s so many and they all do the same what a shame even when I ordered it with out whip cream they don’t top it off

My friend and I ordered 3 sausage and cheddar sandwiches and 2 plain bagels with cream cheese. We got everything but the cream cheese. Even got the knives lol.

Note that the tables and study space closes well before the store hours it shows on Google - those are for drive thru operations only. Protip is that wifi stays on at these locations regardless so if you’re in a pinch and need a space to do some work on wifi, you could do so from the patio space (albeit without any provided table/chair).
