The magenta hair colored girl in the drive thru thinks she owns this store. I bypassed the ordering machine since the screen was turned off. Once I was away from the ordering machine, I heard a voice from it and realized it was working after all. I could not reverse my car at all because obviously someone was behind me and close to my car. She was giving the most insane attitude in the morning because of that. I worked in Starbucks too but was never trained to work like I'm being forced to as if I didn't need a job. Be better!

Stopped by this Starbucks and had a frustrating experience. The guy at the drive-thru window wasn’t helpful from the start. I ordered the spicy falafel pocket, but when we got back on the road, I realized they gave me the jalapeño chicken instead. By then, it was too late to turn around.
Love the morning staff! They are very friendly and welcoming. Cassie is especially friendly and efficient!

I frequent Starbucks almost on a daily basis. My favorite location is the Starbucks in Eagle Rock on York Bl. They have the best people working there and my all time favorite is “Miller”. I am a creature of habit and get the same thing each time and it feels nice for someone to say “Hi Pam” and know my exact order. Miller is polite, personable, efficient and has the greatest attitude. These are the qualities in an employee that bring me back to the business over and over. Kudos to you Starbucks for having people like this working for you; they are an asset to your business!!

Called the day before to have 3 Travel boxes ready to go for 6am. Since I had a meeting at 7am. Unfortunately I didn't get a name from barista but the lady confirmed that they would be ready to go on 12/10 at 6am. I arrived on 12/10 at 5:50am and checked in with the front cashier, as I gave my order name the 3 Travel boxes. She looked at her drive thru cashier and the drive thru cashier stated oh my I'm sorry someone needed them since they got here at 5:30am and I was like ok I had call the day before and they told me these would be ready for me. They had nothing to say. Long story short. Undependable STAFF, And was late to the meeting.
