Starbucks in Target

I went in this morning to Starbucks inside target in mission hills.
Olivia was the only barista working. She was not only taking orders but also preparing them. She was doing an amazing job and working at her own pace as it should be. My food and drinks were delicious and perfect. Kudos for her!!! Shame on the store for under staffing Starbucks especially on a weekend. Great job Olivia 👏

I came on October 5th 2025 at 2:03 pm and I had the worst experience. I just wanted to get my coffee but the cashier wouldn't give me what I wanted. I kept insisting I want an americano but he kept changing my order. Second of all there was 4 people working and they all had their hair down, that is a health code violation, put your damn hair up. Lastly, they all had the worst attitude, I thought baristas were supposed to be nice. I used to work for Starbucks and I was told that we had to be kind and respectful to our customers because most of the time we are the first people they see in the day. I guess thats now what they teach these people.

I’ve tried going to this location multiple times because it’s the closest to me. Every time the service is okay, they take a loooong time, and when you bring up concerns to the head barista/manager she just rolls her eyes and shrugs. Save yourself time and go to the Starbucks on Devonshire.

I went with my daughter to get in line at Starbucks inside target and the baristas were busy (understandable) there were 2 making drinks and one that was just walking around not helping the other baristas, talking with other target workers she walked by and said I be right with you but continued to go talk to some guy working in the target area to chat about going somewhere; Icould hear the whole conversation while I was waiting for her to help us. We stood there waiting for around 8 minutes and the girl (name tag said Madeline) didn't bother helping, the other baristas were making drinks for the customers waiting but this other girl was just doing her own thing. We walked away was really disappointing because they're usually very helpful but this lady was not helpful at all.

Poor customer service first and last time I come here. I rather go to the one up the street it's always busy but it's worth the wait.

Love this place , come in most mornings and the staff is ALWAYS ALWAYS welcoming especially NICK .! and super friendly, they do tend to get busy BUT they always get your order out fast.! Love the service from all the staff here .!

They didn't have many things

Coffee on the way....but pay for Target if it's an awesome merchandise site.
