A very popular place for mobile pick up so unless you are also placing a mobile order, you should go elsewhere. We made the mistake of ordering two drinks in the store and it took over 30 minutes to receive them. When we inquired why, it was because so many mobile orders were placed before us

Very friendly employees not horribly crowded at 530 to 7am but you do have to put up with a completely unjustified security company in parking lot that will not let you enter parking lot until EXACTLY the second he feels like it which hurts the business by making customers park way down a hill walk up parking lot in dark on a hill then get your coffee for no reason

I come here two three times a day. I asked a question. The obscene horrible attitude blue-haired monster shift lead at the counter. Argue with me for 5 minutes about what products they do or don't have.. I was only asking about the product I received the day before you don't argue with a customer ever.. this lady should be fired. No questions asked

I really enjoy this Starbucks location. It is conveniently located in the Beverly Glen Center, which has a lot of other shops and services. The store is spacious, clean, and cozy, with a nice outdoor seating area. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and efficient, and they make great drinks and food. I especially like their seasonal beverages, such as the pumpkin spice latte and the peppermint mocha. They also have a good selection of pastries, sandwiches, salads, and snacks. The prices are reasonable, and the service is fast. I usually order online and pick up my order without any hassle. This is one of my favorite places to get coffee, relax, or work. I highly recommend this Starbucks to anyone who loves coffee and a good atmosphere.
