My boyfriend and I went here to have a dessert. We came around 8:15 pm. I asked if I can use the restroom and they said it's already closed for the day. They said they close at 9pm and why do they have to close the restroom as early as 8:15pm? In every, establishments like restaurants coffee shop and shopping malls once they are close that's when the restrooms are closed. This Starbucks location has poor customer service. We asked twice 2 use the bathroom. The staff were in a hurry and want s to get out early so they closed the restroom so early too. I hope the management finds out about this that the staff create their own policy.

I love Starbucks but yesterday I was walking by the sidewalk and on the front of western/Hollywood there was P*** on the left hand side, the trash can outside is filled with trash, this is very UNHEALTHY, I HOPE NO ONE BE OFFENDED IT IS FOR EVERYONE SAFETY. Please look into this, thank you

I visit this Starbucks at least twice a week and I love it! One employee one day made me the absolute best black iced tea that I had ever had. The workers, no matter how many times I forget one, are always very nice to give me a mask when I need it. My drinks never take too long to make and they always get my order right. Definitely reccomend :)

I was upstairs on my Peloton when I got am IM asking if I wanted to add a tip on my Starbucks order. Someone charged $53.20 on my Starbucks app and the order was placed at this location. There was a store phone number attached to the order so I called it...not once but 3 times and no on answered. I tried to warn them that the order was fraudulent, but they didn't answer the call. The message came through at 8:15, I called the location at 8:18 and at 8:19 Chase Bank texted me to see if I bought $700 worth of gift cards! I'm covered, but next time you have to pay $5.35 for that latte, just think how much fraudulent cost is added in. Obviously, the store didn't care and couldn't be bothered to answer a call and some crook walked right in and picked up $53.20 worth of designer latte and sandwiches that won't be paid for.

Love the service but they are not consistent here. I stood in line waiting, while a female patron placed a custom order while not wearing a mask. I had been in the facility for about 3 minutes or so when I was told to put on a mask. For the record I am fully vaccinated and have also received my booster. There was also another female patron without a mask, I don't know how long she was in here for, but she was already getting her order and leaving. When I finally got up to order I told them to at least be consistent in telling everyone to wear a mask. Only then did they tell the girl to put on a mask. P.S. I do not now how these patrons identify and not having talked to them I only refer to them as female for the sole purpose of this review.

The drinks made here are ok.... the number one thing here that is on my concern is customer service.... the baristas here seem to have the "I dont care attitude" or the " I dont want to be here attitude." Im use to Starbucks baristas being friendly, enthusiastic, nice. Not this starbucks......Not all employees at this starbucks have the "I dont care attitude" but most of them do.
friendly staff. Greeted.us as soon as we came in the.door. got the vanilla iced latte and the iced matcha and they made just the way i like it. Enough cream and suger. Super tasty. Got it out tonus fast

So I came in ordered a drink and used the restroom here and I guess 10 minutes is too long in the bathroom so they banged in the door and threatened to call emergency services if I wasnt out in two minutes... wow just dont stay long in the restroom and I guess your fine but that scared me a bunch they get a one star for me.

This starbucks deserves 5 stars.The drinks are always delicious and the staff makes sure to remember they’re customers names. The team is also extremely friendly which is a huge plus!Happy to have such a great starbucks location close by!
