In my hood that involves staff who are trans-ish and its nbd because again, the core product is consistently what-exactly what-i came for.Heads up on a VERYDOGPOSITIVE place with ( get one) PUP CUPS. really, as starbucks goes, this is a good one.This morning i mooched a scoop of cream from mauricios pup cup for my small dark w shot of espress and cream. I did.Parking: Its a busy plaza on a real busy corner with inadequate parking lot. Try to walk or bike.

This is hands down the best service I’ve ever received at a Starbucks location! Abey and Alex went above and beyond when taking care of my long order! Abey took my order and their energy was so infectious! They were so patient and helpful when I was giving them my long drink order! Alex made the drinks exceptionally well and even made my personal drink first so that I had something to drink while I waited for the rest! Truly they are both exceptional employees and humans!

Awful management. Went in on Sunday after Christmas shopping, very busy and they had some poor girl washing the baseboards of all things instead of helping make drinks?? During a rush?? I ended up being there way longer cause they only had a few baristas, and when they (understandably) messed up one of my drinks, the manager who came out was so rude. Terribly ineffective management
the people here are incredible. i've been coming for over a year now and am always welcomed so warmly - any time I step into another Starbucks location it just isn't the same. I don't know how they maintain such a solid and happy team considering all the craziness of Hollywood and the sunset strip.

Great employees, they're so chill and made my drink just right. I had a venti vanilla and Hazelnut coldbrew w heavy whipping cream. Very delicious but I dont recommend it if you're caffeine sensitive.

Not pet friendly or people friendly for that matter. It's always full of homeless and other, and today I walked in with my puppy which I take everywhere with no problem and we were asked to not stay in because of him. It's my closest Starbucks but I think I rather walk a little further for better service and time with my baby.Also, every time I've been there, there has always something happen. One time, they locked us in because there was a police pursuit / encounter right outside. The lady attending us wasn't the friendliest and couldn't help me with the beverage Inwas looking for so I settled for another one out of the awkwardness I was feelingPicture of my kicked out baby lol
