The manager at this location on 5/14/2025 at 9 p.m. was rude. My drinks were not made correctly. I gently asked for a refund; I understand the staff was very busy. The manager became hostile over my request for a refund. He needs to work on keeping his composure.

I stood in line at Drive 3 for 30 minutes and ordered a drink for myself. A man named Riri was rude and rushed me. When I drove up to the window to ask why he was acting like that, he said he wouldn't serve me and told me to leave. I still haven't received my drink. All the employees at this Starbucks are rude and behave inappropriately. I lost my time although I was in a hurry, today is Thanksgiving, they ruined the holiday for me, let them get it all back the same way

ive been working for starbucks myself for one year and i know the policy and the mission of starbucks , but this location was something else ! The men or woman on Drive thru the name was Riri very very rude and unfriendly , we left really disappointed , He/she td next car on drive thru to kick us out when we aske why the person was so rude and on thanksgiving evening he/she gave us all the negative energy, the worst starbucks i have ever seen and the worst customer service , i will never come back to starbucks after that kind of experience . I hope you gonna fire that person because the rest of the team looks nice and they look tired of that person

Awful location!!!! This use to be a good location, but now it’s terrible here. Employees spend most of the time talking and not getting the orders correct. The drinks are terrible and they cheat here. I ordered a grande sized Peppermint Mocha. I became suspicious when I took a long sip. I opened the top and the cup was filled to less than half. I also ordered an Iced Chai Tea Latte and it was full of ice and hardly any drink. They just seem to hire any type here and quality just does not exist here. Never coming back here!

I went through the drive thru and ordered the potato and cheddar egg bake and a grande medicine ball.
The man taking my order said they were out of the egg bake and out of the chamomile tea for the medicine ball. So I ordered the bacon and Gruyère egg bites and the medicine ball with citrus tea.
When I got to the window he handed me my drink and the bites and apologized because they were also out of stock of the tray for the bites. So I looked in the bag and it’s just two bites thrown into a bag with the fork. Totally unhygienic! He should not have charged me for the egg bites in that state.
