Yum!Slytherine drinkkk :) Cruising through Los Angeles and Hollywood doing some sightseeing and touristy things! Needed a pick me up for the long drive home. Decided to grab a coffee inside the Pavilions. I went for the Slytherine coffee drink and it was delicious!! And fun :)

Nice workers, good drinks and a chill atmosphere. Appreciate the cleanliness. It was very pleasant sitting inside in the cool, as it got very hot outside.

Have been avoiding this Starbucks for years because of the poor customer service I had consistently received throughout my past patronage. Today there was no line so I decided to use a digital coupon available through the Pavilions app. Simple espresso drink AND no line. They could not possibly mess this one up, right!? WRONG!! The kid that took my order kept repeating my words back to me like I was speaking in a foreign language - and still got the order wrong. I asked for "a Grande in a Venti cup for the room" still got a Grande filled to the rim with some dirt-wash liquid. They lied about the coupon being only for cold drinks (it is NOT) then served me a run of the mill brewed coffee instead of an Americano (which is made with espresso). I went to the Pavilions store manager and got my money back. She offered to have the drink made again on the house. I declined. She offered again. I declined. They successfully managed to mess up my mojo once, I was not going to give them a second opportunity. I AVOID this Starbucks like the plague, and so should you!!

Zero star!!!!!!I wonder if the employees(Dennise and Leslie) here know what customer SERVICE means! Especially DENNISE here has a nasty attitude from the get go. Her energy was bad, bad bad, in fact DISGUSTING! I watched her dealing with other customers. All same nasty attitude!I really want Starbucks to know how their employees are treating their customers! Stay away from this Starbucks. They will probably mess up your order of water here. Went for years and staff changed constantly. Besides a few employees back then, consistently horrible. Gave them multiple chances since, but almost always a fail.
