The night crew at this location is so very friendly and I had an excellent experience this evening! I got a mobile order and my medicine ball is absolutely delicious! They let me add on a pup cup at the speaker box for Ghost and he rated it five stars! My bakery items were also wonderful :)

So I was just at this Starbucks and I am very upset!! The guy was a smart Alec for me being in the wrong drive thru lane… didn’t know one was for mobile and the other regular and then I ask for a pumpkin spice latte venti and they give me grande amount in a venti cup smh and the worst part is it doesn’t even taste like the pumpkin latte I am so upset with them please hire people that can properly do the drinks and that have better customer service , I want a follow up

If this is the little drive thru, go there! Quick even when busy. Made my drink right, and was nice about it, despite being understaffed with that many people. Still recommend!

I came over to this Stsrbucks after work to relax and sit down because they're open late and it's a nice outdoor seating environment. I had to use the bathroom and they no longer allow patrons to use the bathroom. I understand that the workers dislike cleaning the bathrooms, but if Starbucks raises the cost of their coffee and food. They need to provide restroom facilities for myself and paying patrons. It's 2 hours til closing and no one is around. I don't think I will return to this Starbucks until they change their bathroom policy. "It's not open to the public". Starbucks can do better than this. ?
