Extremely frustrating experience at the Starbucks drive-thru. I placed a mobile order well in advance, even made a stop before heading over, thinking that would give them plenty of time to have it ready. Spoiler alert: it wasn’t.
When I arrived, the drive-thru line was short, but it crawled. It took 15 minutes just to get to the window—and when I finally did, they handed me the wrong drink. I had ordered a lavender matcha latte and they tried to give me an iced coffee. Not even close.
They admitted the mistake, but instead of correcting it quickly, it took another 10 minutes to make the right drink. So now I’m sitting there for a total of 25 minutes for an order that should have been correct and ready when I pulled up.
I understand mistakes happen, but this was just sloppy. Poor organization, slow service, and zero urgency. What’s the point of mobile ordering if it’s not going to be ready when you arrive? Starbucks, do better.

This is truly the worst Starbucks regarding service simply because their team is just rude. No greeting, no thank you’s — just condescending tones & remarks. I think it’s because they’re so busy all the time (there’s only one girl there that calls everyone “love”, so she’s excused here), but that shouldn’t be a reason to be rude in communication. And if you’re that miserable, find a new job. For a better experience, go to the location on Melrose & Stanley — they actually appreciate & greet their customers with enthusiasm.

Worse Starbucks ever, always packed and today I was casually going thru drive thru and I merge into the second lane which they have open mid ways and the cashier starts drilling me about how what I’ve done is illegal this and that like brother how am I supposed to know

If you place a mobile order, I highly recommend using the drive-through. Otherwise, you'll end up standing outside for about 10-15 minutes, like I did, just waiting for someone to acknowledge your presence.

I normally don’t like reviewing places that rub me the wrong way but this morning started off on a low note. The guy who took my order at the drive thru had an attitude and seemed like he was rushing. I understand it’s busy, but he seemed irritated and kept trying to finish when I wasn’t finished. He also couldn’t understand the drink I was ordering and kept getting it wrong when I clearly said it 3 times. Then I pull up to the window and another worker tells me the pastry I ordered was out of stock and was even surprised the guy who took my order didn’t tell us that. So, I left without the pastry and with a shitty drink. Whoever was working the drive thru this morning, literally give yourself an attitude check.
Morning staff when Rosa is there. Fast service. Friendly.

The night crew at this location is so very friendly and I had an excellent experience this evening! I got a mobile order and my medicine ball is absolutely delicious! They let me add on a pup cup at the speaker box for Ghost and he rated it five stars! My bakery items were also wonderful :)
