I absolutely love this Starbucks. It's conveniently located near my home, so we regularly choose to come here. The staff are consistently friendly, and I always receive a warm welcome. The coffee is reliably great, fresh, and delicious. While I wish they would open both drive-thru lanes, the line moves efficiently, so it’s hardly a concern. I highly recommend this place!

This Starbucks is NOT open at 4a like it is listed on Google maps. Starbucks please change your hours on Google to reflect the CORRECT hours of operation. PLUS - sleeves for hot drinks should always be provided and train your employees to HOLD the card reader firmly rather than dangle it out of the window by its cord which resulted in over tipping multiple times because the reader wasn’t steady and moving.

I’m working later and I needed an energy pick me up. I drove right by a nice drive up Starbucks and I figured what the heck pulled in and Ben is so super friendly from the moment I started talking to the speaker to when I pulled up to the window and got my drink. He’s just an awesome person. Starbucks is lucky to have an employee like him.
I don’t know him at all. I’ve never met him before in my life, but I like giving credit when I have a nice customer experience and I had a great one on this one thanks so much.
And the drink is great !

I LOVE this place- drinks are always tasty, but they NEVER serve my coffee with a sleeve (cups aren’t made for my hands , they slip. ) but also- it’s never HOT. My coffee is warm at best and I pick it up as soon as my app says it’s ready .

The tall male employee with brown hair was very rude to my partner here tonight. My partner asked for a cold drink and when they got a hot one handed to them, they told the employee that there was a mistake. The employee took it very badly and scolded my partner, blaming them. It was extremely unprofessional and really not nice. We will not be returning to Starbucks. We will buy coffee other places. This employee could have said what he did in a different way and that would have been fine, but what he chose to say and how he acted was very disappointing. We won’t be back.

Used to be my favorite, but not after I got the iced coffee salted caramel, it was by far the worst coffee from Starbucks I’ve ever had and totally tasteless. Order date (10.04.25 at 15:50).
Update on 10.08.2025 around 16:30, after receiving the below reply from Starbucks (the owner) I went to the same branch today talked to Chris and I told him based on the owner feedback I should get a free drink he stated “they are not aware of this”. After reaching the window I asked to speak to the supervisor who seemed more professional, I show him the feedback and he explained that it could be spam even though I show him Starbucks comment on my phone, he said he will talk to the manager about this and he apologised for bad experience I’ve had. Eventually I had to pay for my drinks. All I needed was an apology and I got it. But whoever replied to my review should let the staff know about the bad experience I had.
I was told I needed to make a purchase before using the restroom. I think this is so petty and insensitive.

Absolutely do not recommend this location, especially if you’re dairy free. Ordered an oatmilk frappuccino and watched the employee Angelo fill a cup with whole milk, realize the mistake and poured it out, then used the exact same cup for oat milk
