Questionable customer service, I don't agree that they would charge for water or having to buy something to get water. Not the first Starbucks to do this. I feel like just going to Coffee Bean Tea and Leaf. Thank you.

Miss Alex and the other kind Barista at Starbucks on La Brea and SMB took good care of me this evening, even as they closed shop. It’s always a beautiful day and night in West Hollywood with my walk down SMB and my lil Starbucks iced coffee drank in my hand. God bless

I don’t know what has been going on with Starbucks but every single time we come here, we just don’t get what we paid for. The manager is really disrespectful and absolutely rude. No wonder the service is bad. The place is unclean and I saw a staff spit on the drink. It’s disgusting. For 80 cents, you can get just 2 peaces of dried strawberries. I will never ever come to Starbucks again. This is very upsetting. I’m just a teenager wanting to have a good time with my friends but I get disappointed by no one else but Starbucks. You can’t just grab someone from the streets and give them an outfit and make them employees.. look at that strawberry…

This is a smaller, busier Starbucks. It's not ideal for remote work or meetings BUT is adjacent to a nice sunny courtyard that would work perfectly for both, or simply for a hand with friends, or to recover from braving the long lines at Best Buy or Target

My two most recent on-line orders took longer than usual so I tend to order and scan at the counter here. They seem well stocked with food and have never run out of my go-to snacks even when I am ordering baked goods in the late afternoon. Service is good and problems can definitely be attributed to the excessive customization that flourish post tiktok and that management doesn't staff like they did when the chain was first growing.

For my vegetarian friends, minimal food options but, of course, excellent coffee options. This location is not recommended for drivers due to the inconvenient parking, but if you are local, bike riding or doing public transport, you're golden!

Completely mismanaged location. Consistently spending more than 15+ minutes waiting for a drink. Tons of staff present, chatting, standing around, one person working the espresso bar. Awful attitudes from staff with customers.

Management needs to be revisited and replaced.

I would share more give it less than a star if I could the barista stairs were crappy and very continuously added with me about eating inside the store where they went to the point to call security and call the sheriff's department to come to to the store there was no kindness of any sort coming from the barista manager at that store Sunday July 28, 2024 I endure racism and humiliation after purchasing them a cup of coffee been trying to eat peacefully a dessert that I brought from a a store across the street from them. These places need to change their policies with customers specially if a customer has been loyal for years and years and years.
