My coffee was great of course, but the tall black girl behind the counter yesterday needs an attitude check. You have one job…literally, make my coffee…....what’s the real problem?

Starbucks is always a solid choice when I need a good coffee or a quick snack. The atmosphere is cozy and familiar, making it a nice spot to work, relax, or meet up with friends. I love that the menu keeps evolving with new seasonal drinks—like the recent berry refreshers and the classics like the Pumpkin Spice Latte.
Service can vary depending on location and time of day, but the staff are generally friendly and the mobile ordering is super convenient. Prices are on the higher side, but the consistency and customizability make it worth it for me.
Overall, Starbucks delivers exactly what I expect—reliable coffee, comfortable vibes, and a little treat when I need one.
I love this Starbucks normally, but had an unpleasant experience with barista this morning - she fid not fulfill my order as requested and then was so reluctant to correct it and even chided me tor asking for a plastic spoon to take the foam off the top (she could not understandably use her metal spoon as I had used my finger in the foam to show her that she had not removed it. Really bad attitude and surprising!
Very difficult to get a parking space around here. The baristas' quality goes downhill, especially Hugo and the new barista caucasian gal, behaving snooty and rude. They don't fit to work for Starbucks.
This is a Starbucks coffee shop located among many households on the Larchmond Line. There are many restaurants and dessert stores on this street, so it is crowded with people from the morning on weekends. It is not easy to park on weekends. So many people park in the alleys around there and come. I also often go to this alley on weekends. The coffee tastes like typical Starbucks coffee. The workers also move quickly. The service is average.
Well, the atmosphere is a little murky with the plumes of narcotics wafting by if you sit at the tables outside your shop. He seems to stop by only in the afternoons? I totally understand this concern has nothing to do with Starbucks directly & I've been in touch with our councilman Hugo CD13 & lapd.

A truly wonderful experience at Starbucks in Larchmont Village. Opening at 4:30am is a dream for those who like to rise early, and the ambiance is both welcoming and stylish. The seating along the window offers a lovely view of the street, while the comfortable bench running the length of the shop makes it a perfect spot to work or unwind.
The festive holiday music sets the perfect tone, adding warmth to the space. I had the pleasure of enjoying a perfectly crafted grande hot chocolate with oat milk, topped with whipped cream and served at just the right ‘kids’ temperature,’ all thanks to the incredible barista, Aleah. She was friendly and attentive, making sure my drink was exactly how I like it.
A big thank you to Aleah for the impeccable service and for making my visit so enjoyable. This Starbucks is a gem—efficient, cozy, and with a touch of charm. Highly recommend.
xoxo

Drove all the way there to grab a coffee and arrived at 5:40pm. it closes at 6:00pm on thanksgiving according to Google and said 6:30pm on the door yet the door was locked and the lady said to go away. Just incredibly rude seeing how it took 15 minutes to even get there, especially when it is my friend’s birthday and they are used to stuff being closed and we were excited when we saw this open.
There are no chairs for the babies, I had to carry him all the time and I couldn't enjoy my breakfast.

When you start hearing one of the workers talk loudly about how he gives free drinks to the high school girls because they're so nice to him, but not just once? He leaves to go on his break and then returns 15 minutes later to talk up the same lame game story, so it becomes obvious that he's more bitter than the ☕ served @ Starbucks that I wouldn't say THANKS to ________. I'll update with his ? but I decided to ignore his rude style of asking what I wanted to order because he somehow expects me to thank him for having me swipe and tap my Starbucks Card on the POS ? machine AFTER I told him I have a Starbucks Card? Why should I have their morning edibles menu memorized in my head, if I buy breakfast there once a year at most? ??

Employees are nice, but 3 days in a row had my pretty easy drink made wrong & watched it made wrong each time…leaving out a shot, started to pour regular milk & instead of replacing the cup just adding the non dairy to the cup, & added cold foam that wasn’t on the order. This has happened other times here as well, & they’ll always fix it, but 3 days in a row is really bizarre to me.I’m just confused, because I’ve not experienced that at any other location in my travels all around the country or living in both LA & NY, just at this location. If you want to mobile order here maybe wait until you’re at the store to place it so you can watch it get made, because at about $7 a drink for the size I get, having a 3 ingredient drink made wrong so many times makes me think there’s an issue. And people should be aware of what’s going into their drinks, esp. people with allergies.
