I come to this location a lot HOWEVER the woman who was working the register at 2:25pm today (August 31st, 2023) had THE WORST attitude & wouldn't even show her face as I was talking to her giving her my order. She was slouched over, sitting down, not even high enough to be eye level with anyone who gave her their order. She made me very uncomfortable & it was super unpleasant. I'm sure if her boss or corporate was there she'd NEVER act like that at work unless she WANTED to be fired. It's a shame for people like her to ruin a fun simple thing like getting an iced coffee in the middle of the day. I hope she's not working the days I come into this location. EW.

AWFUL, PISS POOR Customer Setvice!! Starbucks condones APPALLING service and has ZERO LOYALTY to longtime patrons. I asked for 4 Oz of milk for my coffee ( as it was too strong) that I had purchased at Starbucks up the street ( @ the Grove) , but was in a rush & didnt have time to backtrack.They refused it to me & argued with me, (ad nauseum). The Manager, Bree, was the WORST - no wonder her team are a bunch of Tools!! Comes straight from the top. She was COMBATIVE, & CONNIVING. She also raised her voice at me. Really?Remember when the milks used to be on the counter? How about Starbucks stops whining about COVID, as they PRICE GOUGE, and put the flipping milk/ half & half, back on the counter, so customers who dish out their money for your PAYCHECKS, can fix their drinks, as DESIRED, without having to be subjected to a bunch of miserable control freaks who hate their lives & play God with the condiments. Just a suggestion...That said, this is precisely why we stopped frequenting Starbucks on the regular. And, I think this locations staff, is one of the WORST ever; ESPECIALLY, Bree, the " Manager"!Customer service is EVERYTHING!!

My favourite Starbucks.Great coffee and drinks, always polite and friendly staff.Waiting time is minimum, I usually order ahead and my drink is ready when I arrive, most of the times before the estimate time.Clean space. There are 10-12 tables inside and out.

Constantly the best Starbucks I've been to in the area. Always super nice employees, fast, correct order. I'm in and out in 5 minutes and always smiling! Keep it up!!

The young kid that's making coffee needs to be retrained. I have ordered the same two drinks on the app at nearly every location within a 5 mile radius. On both drinks I asked for light ice, both cups were nearly full of ice. When I corrected him he got real defensive and shaky. He tried to explain why he put too much ice but I cut him off because if everyone else makes it the right way, why are you making it different? I got a tall drink in grande cup with light ice, he tells me I put "tall ice in the cup" but that's not what I asked for, it's light ice. On the other drink it's a shaken espresso, and he starts explaining to me why he needs to put extra ice. I don't need an explanation just add more oat milk and put less ice, it's very simple.
