I just stopped in to use the restroom. As I was leaving noticed they have the brownies back. They are my favorite so I bought one. They have the best brownies. My daughter said they are like what I used to make.

It is horrible at any level that I needed to go to the bathroom and as I’m waiting to place my order, I ask the cashier the code to used the bathroom and her first answer was “ you must purchased something to be able to use the bathroom “ Is pathetic because I was waiting to place my order.

While I was seated and enjoying my drink, an employee began sweeping directly around my table, which felt inconsiderate and unsanitary. I politely explained that, in my culture, sweeping around someone who’s sitting is considered disrespectful and can imply that you want them to leave.
Shortly after, the store manager, Sarah, came over, pulled up a chair at my table without asking, and only then asked if she could sit. She then accused me, based on what her employee (Alondra) told her, of saying Alondra wasn’t from America, which is completely false. Her tone was accusatory and unprofessional, and when I asked her to leave me alone, she did so reluctantly.
Later, when I went to ask for the employee’s name at the bar, another employee named Jeremy told me to “move out of the way” and also accused me of saying Alondra wasn't from America, repeating the same untrue claim. When I asked his name, he ignored me and walked off, seemingly done for the day.
While I was writing this, another customer approached me to share that he's had the same concerns about sweeping near customers, citing both hygiene and discomfort. He even mentioned that he and his friends were considering legal action due to repeated poor experiences at this location.
This entire experience made me feel disrespected, wrongly accused, and unfairly treated. What should’ve been a calm moment of cultural understanding turned into a confrontation, largely escalated by poor management and unprofessional behavior.
Starbucks promotes itself as a brand rooted in respect, inclusion, and hospitality, but this location fell far short. I hope this is reviewed and addressed seriously, especially in terms of staff training in cultural sensitivity, professionalism, and customer service.

Came to this location because it was closest to Canter's Deli where we had lunch. Had to have my drink remade two separate times. The first time was because I said light ice and chocolate cold foam and he gave me all ice and no cold foam. The second drink was with caramel cold foam. The manager said he would remake it and it was still caramel cold foam. I told him they probably put caramel powder in the chocolate powder container but he would rather argue with a customer then just give me a replacement drink card so I could leave

ALLAN IS THE BEST BARISTA EVER! He is so welcoming , kind and hard working. If he’s not the manager yet her sure needs to be. I will definitely recommend this location to all of my friends because of him. It’s people like Allan That make the world a better place :) keep being you !

To buy anything will offer 2 large hot waters for free, which you cannot find amount all the restaurants. The best coffee, which help you to be an energetic for whole day and I’m feeling there is no any restaurant can offer such good coffees.
Vegetarian options: Vegetable wrap it’s the best option for breakfast if you are try to lose weight.
