Messed up my order TWICE first gave me a hot drink instead of ice then loaded it with whipped cream. Give a raise to the guy with dreads who gave me a gift card to apologize which was very nice, but the ladies making the drinks are not doing it right

Just went here and on the google maps it says they close at 2am and it’s barely 10:25pm and they are closed. If you’re going to put a certain time to close at least remain open if not fix your times on google maps.

Kaisers water fountains were down and a very short woman who works here would not spare a cup of water. She said I had to buy something but then her coworker gave me a cup of water. The starbuck CEOs who pay you garbage aren't gonna pick you girl!
Everything was good except that i can’t charge my phone anyhow and i not gonna be able make it to the home, how’s it that i drink coffee somewhere but not able to plug my charger anyhow

NO OUTLETS. PAY PARKING. NO RESTROOM-THE EMPLOYEES HAVE LOCKED ONE FOR THEIR PERSONAL USE AND THR OTHER IS ALWAYS IN USE BY PEOPLE THAT DONT PURCHASE ANYTHING.
