JASMINE, Yasmine check yourself it’s ok to have a bad day but being racist isn’t. I had my mobile order placed 10 minutes before for two grande drinks. (1:55) There was no one else and I was at the counter 2:07. I get it the drive through is there. I ask for my order first, she tells me we ran out of ice or blurred something out which was confusing, I step aside with only one item from my order. When a Caucasian male was after me in line, I’m not sure if Jasmine here would’ve preferred to attend him first and that’s why she got mad and gave me attitude at its finest yelling my name LOUD twice as I’m making eye contact with her and approaching for her to give me the bag. She makes me wait another 7 minutes to remake a drink she had already given me the first time I walked up to say my name again to get the other drink that was missing for those 7 minutes only for her to bring it out instantly after I told her she had already given me the coffee. So my question is check the cameras and your worker. She was hiding the pink drink just to mess with me. Racist much if I think about it for being Mexican girl there. As I heard how attentive she was with the other caucasians that arrived after me. My friend and I were first in line there and it was 2 drinks one coffee one refresher there was no reason to take almost 20 minutes to get them to me especially if we had ordered online 10 minutes before.

Officially hate coming to this Starbucks which sucks cause it’s the closest to me. worst service and every time we come they get drinks wrong :) 🤦🏻♀️seems like they cannot work in a fast paced environment 🤦🏻♀️ had us waiting like 20 min in the drive thru!!!

Over the past year, this Starbucks has declined significantly! It's a bit sad if you think about it. I stopped coming here for about a month hoping they would be able tobwork put there wait times and employee shortages but as of today I can tell you they have not. Be prepared to wait a minimum of 30 minutes in the drive thru, that's with just 8 cars in line. If you think you can jump a head and order at the window we'll let me tell you, you will wait longer. I've watched car after car get their cups while I've waited, I pointed this out to barista that there was a vehicle that ordered 3 cars after me and he was already leaving, I was told ya that happens. Very frustrating!

Drive thru line does not move, so I thought to get out and order…even worse idea. Apparently the staff can’t comprehend an order. I asked for a basic Vanilla ice coffee (not rocket science) told him 1st time n he couldn’t hear me cause the loud fan above window so I repeated order .. he said okay.. then asked me can u repeat ur order again, I did. He’s pushing buttons n I’m waiting for my total then he said IM SORRY can you repeat your order again?? I said forget it! And left. RIDICULOUS! Cashier “Will” you need more training.
They are not giving nurses a free coffee today on nurses week.
i always leave this starbucks satisfied with my drink. i worked at starbucks for 5 years and always took a lot of pride in the work i did, and i can tell this team does too. today, a very impatient woman was tapping and tapping on their window, complaining and whining about having to wait for her stuff because she left her kid in the car and blah blah, and the girl working the window was still super kind and helpful to her. thanks for keeping us caffeinated and being so nice. my iced latte was delicious.
Waited 45mins to get my drink and it was completely wrong I had to wait almost an hour to get me the right one that I ordered this location either needs more staff or team needs to be trained better

Double cups do not work stop putting double cups on the coffee the lids do not fit right it spills coffee all over me it’s hot and it’s burns me.
Ordered ahead in the app and had to wait 15 minutes for a coffee at 6am. No one else around. Staff talking amongst themselves.
Waiting area is next to a busy road with poor lighting and dirty and unkept seating.
Do not recommend this location.
