This location is always out of products!! I have been to this location more than 4 times and it’s always the same thing they never have anything !! Why are they still open ! The employee are always just chilling either they don’t want to work or they just really don’t have anything!

The actual place is ok, but it very clearly states on maps that it has a drive-through and it doesn’t actually have a drive through. This was kind of inconvenient for me who was trying to get to work and decided it would be nice to quickly stop for some coffee, which did not end up being that quick.

So I made an online order via Starbucks App…I ordered 2 drinks…They gave me the wrong drink…I went inside to have them remake what I ordered and the Barista didn’t seem to know the ingredients for my drink…tell me why he seemed surprised when I told him what my drink required…Why Is No One Ready…Where Is My Coffee…

Horrible experience I ordered 2 Carml Macchiato and the garbage saves pure hot milk 19-Feb-2024, 6:06 pm, and it is not the first time that another day has passed, they denied me service at 8:30 pm when they are supposed to be open at 9: 00pm, a woman with her daughter was denied a cold drink because they said they didn't have ice but what a stupid thing because this is in a Ralph's store this happened another day, they should put responsible people and not children who just play and work. I hope someone important sees this since I hope they return my 2 coffees, since this is not the first time this has happened and if they can't have control, they should close it.

I've been going to this location for a while now, and the only one that is nice and does my drink how I order it is the manager guy. But the young ladies there never get my drink right and are not very friendly at all.

The worst service ? two lazy girls were just talking while a Latino guy was doing the dishes ? nothing bad about the guy doing the dishes, but the girls were just talking and talking, instead of making my coffee that was already paid..My 10 minutes break were gone while I was waiting for my coffee

Hands down the worst staffed Starbucks! 3 out of 3 times they hadn’t seen the order come in so had to wait once I got there 10 mins after placing it. Horrible attitude too

Maybe it’s just me but the manager guy is perfect at his job, but those girls should be FIRED asap. They never pay attention to the customer cause there always talk about non-job related issues I.e gossip. Please relocate those young girls for mature hard working ppl.
