Firstly, my friend asked for a nitro, it was not available. Secondly , my matcha tasted so bad , I can’t even. Finally, they melted my lemon loaf instead of warming it up. I have always had the perfect warmed lemon loaf at starbucks. This was disastrous. As someone who works in hospitality, I would have made 10 coffees for the time they took to make my matcha . And they were not even busy. Never stepping my foot in this place ever again.

I haven’t been feeling well so I went to go order a medicine ball. The young lady that helped me was so sweet and even wrote a sweet message on the cup “Feel Better Happy Tuesday “ I’ve been sick for a week now and that was the kindest gesture I have gotten all week. Fast and sweet service

This location is always out of products!! I have been to this location more than 4 times and it’s always the same thing they never have anything !! Why are they still open ! The employee are always just chilling either they don’t want to work or they just really don’t have anything!

The actual place is ok, but it very clearly states on maps that it has a drive-through and it doesn’t actually have a drive through. This was kind of inconvenient for me who was trying to get to work and decided it would be nice to quickly stop for some coffee, which did not end up being that quick.

It says they close at 9:00pm I got there at 8:40 and I was told they were closed by employees. I also work at Starbucks and I know this is unacceptable.
The frappos was basically shredded ice and the coffee tasted old, the people were rushy and rude, and the place in general is garbage

So I made an online order via Starbucks App…I ordered 2 drinks…They gave me the wrong drink…I went inside to have them remake what I ordered and the Barista didn’t seem to know the ingredients for my drink…tell me why he seemed surprised when I told him what my drink required…Why Is No One Ready…Where Is My Coffee…

Horrible experience I ordered 2 Carml Macchiato and the garbage saves pure hot milk 19-Feb-2024, 6:06 pm, and it is not the first time that another day has passed, they denied me service at 8:30 pm when they are supposed to be open at 9: 00pm, a woman with her daughter was denied a cold drink because they said they didn't have ice but what a stupid thing because this is in a Ralph's store this happened another day, they should put responsible people and not children who just play and work. I hope someone important sees this since I hope they return my 2 coffees, since this is not the first time this has happened and if they can't have control, they should close it.
