Horrible experience I ordered 2 Carml Macchiato and the garbage saves pure hot milk 19-Feb-2024, 6:06 pm, and it is not the first time that another day has passed, they denied me service at 8:30 pm when they are supposed to be open at 9: 00pm, a woman with her daughter was denied a cold drink because they said they didn't have ice but what a stupid thing because this is in a Ralph's store this happened another day, they should put responsible people and not children who just play and work. I hope someone important sees this since I hope they return my 2 coffees, since this is not the first time this has happened and if they can't have control, they should close it.

I've been going to this location for a while now, and the only one that is nice and does my drink how I order it is the manager guy. But the young ladies there never get my drink right and are not very friendly at all.

ZERO STARS .... BY FAR THE WORST STARBUCKS EMPLOYEES EVER!! The cashier was yawning the whole time she was taking my order! She looked lost and confused when entering my order. As I was waiting for my order the cashier and the barista were whispering and laughing. When my order was ready, IT WAS ALL WRONG! EVEN AFTER HER REPEATING MY ORDER!! She then goes and remakes the drinks, and she then asked me which drink was mine!! ... wtf! WHY do you need to know which drink is mine?! So you can spit in it? Unbelievable. These girls obviously don't care about their jobs OR their customers!

Lakeisha is her name. She's fantastic. I've been at this location 4x and she's always the same, approachable and smiling. I pass by two other locations just to come to this one .Im a manager and I would love to have her on my team. She is a Diamond in the ruff. Starbucks I hope you're treating her right if not I'm going to nabe her. Thank you , Lakeisha for making my morning more pleasant...Keep up the good work..God has something great in store for you...

The worst service ? two lazy girls were just talking while a Latino guy was doing the dishes ? nothing bad about the guy doing the dishes, but the girls were just talking and talking, instead of making my coffee that was already paid..My 10 minutes break were gone while I was waiting for my coffee

Hands down the worst staffed Starbucks! 3 out of 3 times they hadn’t seen the order come in so had to wait once I got there 10 mins after placing it. Horrible attitude too
I drove all the way from Compton to this Starbucks on my way to work wanting my favorite Honey Lemon Citrus Tea (Medicine Ball) since it was unavailable in Compton. To my surprise this location had run out of one of the tea blends that goes in the Medicine Ball, but... This sweet young lady LaKisha hooked me up with a better tasting blend with all the other ingredients in the Medicine Ball, and when I tell you it was DELICIOUS and I felt better after drinking it, THANK YOU LaKisha!!!!!!And a shot out to Samya as well who greeted me at the cash register with such a positive attitude and cute smile thank you both for your awesome customer skills and positive atmosphere at this Starbucks location‼

Maybe it’s just me but the manager guy is perfect at his job, but those girls should be FIRED asap. They never pay attention to the customer cause there always talk about non-job related issues I.e gossip. Please relocate those young girls for mature hard working ppl.

The best starbucks in the area in the morning. If you like the shaken espressos Lourenzo is the only barista in the area who consistently makes it the right way. I've been to many Starbucks where they don't make them right, and don't care. Lourenzo and the crew here are the best!Masterclass, the other baristas and managers are also so sweet and attentive. Will always drive past the other two Starbucks on my way to this one
