Absolute mess of a store. Employees are not able to get correct orders even when ordered ahead with an app. With only a few people in the store, the wait times are double or triple of an average Starbucks. 15 mins later, still waiting for a cake pop, which requires no preparation or warming up...
Worst experience ever. There were rats in the kitchen and they tried to fight my grandma. Watch out, they’re thugs. Not playing around

I got a vente caramel frappe here. It was great, the staff were very fast and professional. The frappe didnt last long against my appetite.
5/5 in my book as a level 4 guide you can take my word for it.
Medium coffee ☕ and this location has no rest room and they closes at 8pm.

Horrible customer service. The employees pick and choose who they charge to use the restroom. I was told to make a purchase to use the restroom. But immediately after i asked someone of another ethnicity was allowed to without a purchase.

This Starbucks location gave me small business coffee shop vibes ✨
The layout and design has a lot of character (apparently, it used to be a bowling alley) and the workers are SO nice! Honestly, it caught me off guard but in result, I ended up leaving in a much better mood than when I arrived.
Glad to know locations like this exist 💞
