It’s a cute lil spot very close to the train station and the Baldwin hills mall

Parking: Parking can be plentiful at times the parking lot is shared with multiple shops

Kid-friendliness: They have caffeine free options and pastry for kids

Ordered 4 items; 1 was wrong and another 1 never showed up. Lady at the counter was also unfriendly and not professional.

This Starbucks location gave me small business coffee shop vibes ✨

The layout and design has a lot of character (apparently, it used to be a bowling alley) and the workers are SO nice! Honestly, it caught me off guard but in result, I ended up leaving in a much better mood than when I arrived.

Glad to know locations like this exist 💞

I liked the location very much until last Sunday. I understand it takes time to make whole orders but over 20 minutes? And I asked them ‘ Where’s my coffee?’ They had no smiles and told me‘We’re busy’ Sorry for nothing . I asked them for refund but I didn’t get it. It happened before but I received it right away. And they said just call Starbucks. Wasting my time. Trying to get coffee making me relax and turning horrible way.

The coffee lacked coffee. It was watered down and sweet.

I actually like this Starbucks but the story policy is not in compliance with California Civil Code section 1749.5(b)(2) which allows gift card values under $10 to be exchanged for cash. Only reason I'm giving it a 1 star

This is the 3rd time I’ve come to this location and they locked the doors almost 10 minutes early. Horrible customer service. I visit Starbucks at least once a day and their service is declining and it’s sad. That’s why I was intentional about leaving a review today because I wasted my time rushing to get here before they closed.

Don’t expect great service from this location. I could hardly hear the cashier over the other employees who carrying on and shouting. When my drink was made, I saw the man put my drink down and not say anything. I assumed it was someone else’s order since there were several of the same drink being made. I stood and waited for nothing. When I said something the guy who called my name just ignored me. A little acknowledgment goes a long way. This definitely won’t be my go to, other locations are better. All I can say is it’s clean.

This is a nice Starbucks. Lots of parking, no loud music and lots of seating.

Genocide tastes disgusting. Divest or go out of business.

Baristas are very nice well the ones I've been helped by at least Anna is very nice always has a smile when I order and very respectful, and when she's making the drinks or warming up your food she's focused on the task you can tell she's a dedicated employee.

Had a great time at Starbucks ! ☕️ Cozy place, perfect for coffee. The barista Anne was amazing, quick, friendly, and knew her coffee. She made my visit special. Big thanks to Anne for making a regular coffee stop so memorable. Definitely recommend this place!
