Ordered a Cafe Latte, Venti - half of a cup of coffee. the rest was all foam.
When I told the person who made it that the cup felt light, he said - well you get what you order.
Never again at this location. Paid almost $7 for a half cup of coffee, the other half air (Foam)

My daughter ordered a drink and she sat at the tables and waited while I went to the restroom and my wife went to medicine aisle. We both got back ten minutes after the order was placed and waited even more. I walked to the counter and saw the drink sitting there and asked how long it was there and they gave me this stupid look. One of the employees said (couple minutes). We were the only ones sitting and waiting for our drink. But none of the employees notified us. What a bunch of careless employees and rude.

Very terrible service and the hot mocha coffee that I ordered has neither taste nor smell, much less sweet even if they had thrown it in, reading so many negative comments about this place they should better close it If people don't continue leaving with the feint and the bad reputation that it will continue to cause to other places that do their job as it should be…..🤮
