I stopped by this Starbucks today and honestly left frustrated and disappointed. Iāve been to plenty of Starbucks locations, but this one was something elseāin the worst way.
Right when I walked in, I was greeted by a security guard with a casual āWhatās up bro?āānot exactly the warm or professional welcome you'd expect. Then I headed over to the walk-up cooler, only to find it sealed shut, which Iāve never seen before. When I asked an employee for a drink from the fridge, she gave me straight-up attitude like I was bothering her.
The barista taking orders looked like she didnāt want to be there at all. She barely acknowledged me, didnāt tell me the total for my drink, and just seemed annoyed. My wife is a Starbucks partner, and the employee flat-out refused to apply her discount without explanationāalso a first.
And when I finally got my drink? It was completely wrong. I donāt even know what they gave me, but it definitely wasnāt what I ordered. To top it all off, the store was filthy. There was trash by the door, by the barājust a total mess.
This location is a joke. The attitude, the mistakes, the messāitās the exact opposite of what you expect from a Starbucks. They seriously need to get it together.

Stopped in to grab a drink on my drive home and the two ladies (Destinie & Lupe) who were working yesterday (2/23/25) were absolutely PHENOMENAL! Having visited hundreds of stores across the country and around the world they were some of the most kind and personable baristas Iāve ever met! I truly hope that they receive the recognition that they both deserve!
