Baristas are always so fast making drinks and the best part is the drinks are good

Too busy talking to friends. Placed a mobile order because it should have been done a few minutes before my bus got there. Not many customers inside. Barista was too busy talking to coworkers and people they knew at the pick up station. Had to bail on my drink and just eat the $5 because I couldn’t miss the bus.

I don’t know his name but the African American guy with the brown bucket hat is so rude for no reason. I’ve been here multiple times and I’m like okay maybe he’s having a bad day but no this is the 5th time I have interacted with him being rude and staring at me. I paid for my drink what’s the issue? If you don’t like your job find another one don’t treat customers bad if we didn’t do anything. Other workers were nice. Please do better.

Terrible service do not like African Americans refuse call my name out when my coffee is ready they do not label my coffee. When did they become racist. I’m going to review them every time I visit with video and recordings why should I let them stop me from enjoying my coffee here just because they want to be racist or biased from the manager and the owner all the way on down to the customer service staff at the register racist very rude very cruel and I’m partially deaf and almost 60 years old but yet and steel remain a loyal customer to Starbucks is all I know is very addictive day. I start the day with a headache and my mouth closed and just ordering coffee and they treat me horrible every visit every single visit service.
