Customer service is great they didn’t get 5 stars because I go at 7am the time they suppose to open but I’m always waiting past that. Also the parking lot is not big enough for the traffic that comes through there drive thru line is always horribly long. It’s so long that most of the time you can’t get in to park

Always great customer service and good drinks!! 😊 The parking is bad - a TIGHT OPENING at the Drive-thru entrance. 😕 But, because of the aforementioned qualities, it's still my favorite Starbucks! 😍

I go to this one every morning. Whoever makes my white chocolate mocha does an amazing job. The staff is friendly and very accommodating.

I asked Roya to update my points after that purchase, she took her hand and wave it rudely and said you was supposed to do that before you paid you can call in if you want your points and rolled her eyes at me. Its 6:37am why are you so rude at a drive thur window in the morning when your supposed to be pleasant.

I wanted to offer them another opportunity, but it was unsuccessful. When I ordered an ice water, I noticed that my cap was dirty and appeared to have a stain on it, which was very unpleasant. I have no intention of returning to this place again.
