Went there recently and was helped out by the sweetest worker MAY. She was the best! She helped recommend me drinks and the drink she picked out was sooo good I forgot what it was called. Hopefully she’s working when I go back

Worst customer service! The workers take forever to take your order at the drive-thru and often get it wrong. When they finally make the order, it takes a long time, and my tall matcha green tea latte with soy milk was made as a venti, which tasted like water. Not worth coming here!

I'm not a fan of Starbucks in general but it was there, it was convenient and I desperately needed cold fluids. The lady who helped me was great and the drink she suggested was pretty good so overall 4 🌟.

I have years of coming to the location once a week to get my fur baby husky Bella a pup cup. Especially now that its summer without having to order anything for myself since I'm on a strict diet ! All of a sudden at the drive thru they tell me they can't give me a free pup cup since I am not purchasing anything 😡 Since when did this rule come into effect at Starbucks? Or is this the only location they are being ungenourous to our fur babies ☹

Sheida greeted us warmly to California. She has such a soothing voice and helped us out, even suggesting us free coffee refills if we dine in the cafe which I didn’t know was an option. She and asked us about our travels with a bright smile. We don’t usually go to Starbucks but we were short on time and this was a nice morning interaction.

It’s not fair that the drive through opens at 6 but the interior opens at 7. Just because I don’t have a car I can’t get service ???, Dunkin’ Donuts opens their drive through and interior at the same time and that’s where I’ll be taking my business

I’ve visited this Starbucks location several times and have always had a positive experience, which is why I was disappointed during my most recent visit. I’m not sure if there have been recent staffing changes, but the quality of my drink was well below the usual standard—it tasted watered down and lacked the flavor I’ve come to expect.

A good cup of coffee is an important part of many people’s mornings, and when I choose to spend money on one, I expect it to be made with care and consistency. If a team member is unsure how to prepare a drink properly, I would encourage them to ask for guidance rather than serve something subpar.
Please do better!

The customer service here is very lacking at least this last time I went. They didn't greet customers and seemed almost bothered taking my order. Maybe it was an off day but it doesn't make me want to go back anytime soon.

I ordered the iced lavender oatmilk latte and they gave me the iced lavender oatmilk matcha. Not only that but there were huge lumps of unmixed matcha powder all over the drink even on the lid. It made it all worse and bitter.

Waited on drive thru almost 15 ms! Coffee was cold, too.. this place is always too slow. I wanted to think they've changed. But NO. I'm defetnely done coming here... go to another Starbucks!!
