Changing my rating from a 3 to a 1 star. I’m not sure if it’s being lazy or in a rush. But I ordered a honey citrus mint tea ( medicine ball) at this location and had the tag attached to the tea bag instead of it hanging on the outside of the cup like other establishments do. Who wants to sip paper particles while drinking their drinks. This is the second time I had this happen at this location. I had to pull over and take it out myself. If I wasn’t in a rush to go to work I would’ve returned and asked for my money back. Not a satisfied customer. I probably won’t be coming to this one again. If it isn’t one thing it’s another thing at this location.
I really enjoyed my visit to this Starbucks! Excellent service — the staff is friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxing, making it a perfect place to enjoy a favorite drink. I’ll definitely be coming back!

It's not the first time they have got my order wrong. This was supposed to be a dragon fruit drink with foam, taste like nothing. The foam was the best and I don't know what this white drink is that taste like nothing. I do not recommend on going again.

This is the second time I have given this location a chance. The drink taste nothing like how I ordered it. It tasted plain and nasty.

somehow incompetent even in online orders. ordered a brown sugar drink with oatmeal and didn’t get the oatmeal, but also didn't get the customizations i asked for. seriously, how hard is it to complete orders. horrible service

From the moment I walked in, her energy was on point. Friendly, fast, and had my drink made just right. She didn’t just take my order, she lifted my whole mood.
If you catch her on the clock, you’re in good hands. Give sis her flowers.
They take long to take orders on drive thru
Came through the drive thru and they handed my 3 drinks. 2 fell all over me and my car, aside from that the lady closed the window and pretended she didn't see anything. I asked her napkins and I let her know my drinks fell, she offered to make the frappe again but all they did was put whipcream at the bottom and put the original drink back in the cup. My coffee frappe is also filled with strawberries which I wont be able to drink cause I'm allergic. Thanks Starbucks.
Worst service. I’ll give 0 stars if I could.
I placed a mobile order for store pick up but when i showed up to pick it up the door was locked and was refused service. Some worker walked up to the door and demanded me go through the drive thru to pick up my drinks because their store was closed so I went to drive thru, there the employee with GREEN HAIR AND PIERCINGS told me that she wasn’t going to give me my order because i didn’t have a car. Mind you I went 30mins walking with my 2 babies in the stroller, I told her to give my order to the car in the drive thru I told her he was my friend, and he told her that he can get the order for me and the employee with green hair and piercing said NO, she almost close the window in my face. I told her I was going to ask somebody in the line to pick up the order for me and she said she wasn’t going to give nobody my order.
1. Why allow in store mobile orders when you're going to make us go through the drive thru.
2. Why is the door locked when the store was open?
3. Learn how to speak to your customers before you lose them all, be kind.
That worker was flat out disrespectful and nasty when it came to their customers. Do better. be better. AND NO, she didn’t give me my drinks.
