I usually get good service here and they are usually quick, today not only did they take for ever but when I ordered 2 drinks I was just handed one and when I told the girl she made another one and charge me again being that I wanted the buy one get one free. I did not receive any free drink.

Whew! I don't know why I consistently order from this Starbucks. The drive through is always long and slow to move. The staff are not the friendliest and the drinks are mid. Even when you do a mobile order you have to wait like 20 mins. The crazy part about it is that there is no one inside the establishment. Idk what to say.
This is the last time I am going to this Starbucks on Western & Slauson - I ordered a brownie and they put in bag a cheese danish / second time they did it - last time i ordered a brownie they put in bag a chocolate danish - at least they got my drink order right.. the bag said chocolate brownie inside bad was cheese danish

Mobile and in-store orders always delivered quickly. Mobile orders estimated time is correct. Keep in mind for drinks with ice in them tell them you have arrived so they can make the drink. The baristas know the ice will melt is they are made before you arrive. Never a long wait unless it's obviously during a rush hour. Excellent service.
This is by far the dirtiest Starbucks I've ever stepped into. There's dirt everywhere. Inspection really needs to pay them a visit.And food wise both my drinks were flavorless.

You can tell that the workers hate their job. They all had an attitude, and they made my drink incorrectly. The guy at the window lied and said that they blended caramel into my drink, that is why the vanilla bean looked brown. When I took a sip, I can clearly tell that wasn’t caramel added, it was some type of coffee. I went back and got it fixed. You guys need to teach your employees customer service skills because they lack that at this location

I love Starbucks overall, and this review is not about their service or food/drinksThis review is because Starbucks used to be a cool coffee spot with a calm atmosphere, this particular location has the most obnoxious loud music, it’s impossible to take a quick phone call, or even hold a conversation with another person. They should be more considerate of their customers, music is ok but for loud heavy metal it’s a bit too much.
