I had a pain in the stomach and I had to come here for the restroom. Luckily, the kind workers allowed me to use the restroom! Their kindness saved my day! And for the gratitude, I bought the $5.75 Medium Strawberry Lemonade. Very good place!

I understand starbucks isn’t the biggest matcha maker but compared to other starbucks from where I have ordered, my matcha came out so pale from this place that I had to add in my own powder 😭😭

I ordered two iced venti matcha lattes, and when I got home I noticed that both were only half filled and the rest of the drink was vanilla cold foam. Mind you it wasn’t packed, I was the only car in the drive thru and the barista was rude on top of that! I only noticed how the drinks were when I got home smh

Very disappointed with your service. I arrived at 6:50 AM, and the doors were still locked, even though you’re supposed to open at 6:00 AM. Instead of letting customers in, employees were directing people to the drive-thru, which already had a line of cars. Why can’t your staff stick to the schedule and properly serve all customers? This is unacceptable, and you need to address such issues.

One of the worst Starbucks to go to at night literally heard her say she messed up on the order. And made just a Carmel Frappuccino when I ask for caramel ribbon crunch on top of that, they were still trying to have me pay. Saying it was the right one.Clearly can see no whip cream at the bottom of the cup
