Today 1/12/2026 at 5:15 am at drive thru it was just myself I ordered a large coffee the barrister at the pick up window tried to hesitate by at acting busy at the register or coffee station same thing ( no one else in line but myself) I left, I will come back and follow up but this kind of behavior will never be permitted with exposure!
(Poor service, mess up the order 3-5 times, very. Pulled up @ 730 and they still hadn’t open, such a nice building, but the barista that works the drive thru seems to comprehend English poorly🤡

Fallon at the Starbucks on Western and Jefferson is hella amazing! I went to the Slauson and Western location first and they made my drink wrong, but Fallon fixed it with no problem and gave me hella great customer service. Thank you for getting it right and being so sweet!

I ordered 2 drinks and had to have both of them made over. My drink was awful. The tea taste terrible. I was on my way to an appointment. If I wasn't would have just ask for a refund. The worker was not focused. It was a bad experience.

All I'm gonna say is that I've never been to a Starbucks where the staff was so RUDE! There were four girls and they all looked like they didn't want to be there. They only smiled when talking to each or customer's they knew...I won't be coming here again.
This location is ok. I did park and did a walk up order and the wait was a bit long. I only had one other person before me but the drive thru was pretty busy. I liked the atmosphere and bathroom was clean. However the parking is extremely too tight here. With about five tight spaces. One accessible parking spot. Tight drive thru holds about three to four. To exit and enter the establishment is very narrow and tight as well. I went around the block twice just because the entry was blocked by someone simply trying to exit. I recommend going when less busy.

I only come here for certain drinks. The teas and regular iced coffee are fine. I do mobile orders and today’s drink was just bland. I got doppio espresso with add ons and asked for light ice. I got a nondairy strawberry cold foam on top and could not taste it at all as well as giving me all the ice in the drink🥲 The workers are all really nice though and work as quick as they can.

I had a pain in the stomach and I had to come here for the restroom. Luckily, the kind workers allowed me to use the restroom! Their kindness saved my day! And for the gratitude, I bought the $5.75 Medium Strawberry Lemonade. Very good place!
