I went there today they dont give water and no restroom code they said no free water you need to purchase

Horrible Starbucks. Avoid at all costs. Terrible behaviour from employees. Would not let me use the bathroom unless I bought something first. Even when I told them I will they said I needed to buy something first.

this by far is the rudest location i have ever been too I bought a pick up at a different location. I needed to use the bathroom and went in and the girl refused to give me the code unless i bought something right then and there. I asked some else for the code and she was sooo rude! clearly by the reviews this is normal. so unacceptable.

Sent my 13 year old to get 2 orders of a cup of water, and the barista said that Starbucks changed their policy and you can not longer get free water without placing and order 1st. Said itâs their new policy as of 4 months ago.

Just bought a venti and the drink was shorted.... seriously... like way from the top.... just an 1 1/2 inch of ice at the top.... when I asked for it to be fixed... they said no.... so I asked for a refund... then the gentleman who was training made sure to make a big deal about my request and made the situation uncomfortable. If it's not right and I dont even ask for a freebe.... just my money back.... why try to shame me? This is why Dutch Bros is the best.... we need them in LA.

came here to order and use bathroom, there was line and I asked for a code and Sol asked me if I ordered on which I answered that not yet because there is a line obviously and Iâm kinda in hurry you know.. I understand those rules so homeless people wonât use it but I donât look like homeless and I was planning to order and even letâs say I wasnât why would you not give it to people who just want to use bathroom, who are not homeless. stupid rules stupid people. they Act like they never pee. 52500 is the code by the way and this Sol has some issues with her life itâs clear. byeee

I come to this Starbucks at least once or twice a week to charge my Rivian. Today I asked for the bathroom code before ordering. Employee Oscar said I needed to make a purchase first. I specifically said. âIâm a regular here and I plan to order something after using the restroomâ he wouldnât allow it, and he made me buy something before letting me to use the restroom. Horrible service. Horrible management for allowing/enforcing this.

I have been coming to the Venice and Culver the last 20 and up year at this time to use a rest room one of the employee told me I have to parches something according the new policy. This is disrespect of your customer because once at a time you buy coffee or anything again when you come back for restroom why would you asked to parches again this is not fare in-fact it incarnates to stop coming to Starbucks..
I went to the bathroom before I get my morning coffee and a worker name Terry knoked on the door asking me to get out and i was only in the bathroom for less than 3 minutes. I usually go to this location while I am charging my car but no more coffee for me from this store again.
