As a Starbucks partner I love going to different Starbucks and seeing how it differs from my location . Friendly staff I sat inside to observe as well as Mobil ordered . I did ask for pumps of syrup to add to my coffee pumpkin but the shift said it couldn't be done wild hope that was some type of confusion on her part . Fortunately I just bought another drip and added it to my coffee but wild that I couldn't get two pumps on the side . That's my only complaint other than that cool store .

This Starbucks gets the job done and has a fast and efficient drive through. Inside the store there is seating and a conference room. The space feels a bit sparse compared to other locations but the staff is good and the drinks and pastries are consistent to the brand.

It may be an off night for staff. 17 minutes waiting for a beverage. This was unfortunate, typically I receive my drinks on a efficient time. But not this time. I am a frequent customer at this Starbucks location and have become familiar with staff. I did notice a staff member did come in off hours to order drinks. She did order drinks (plural) after me both hot and cold and she did receive her order before mine. I guess customers are not really prioritize. Did receive my beverage at 815pm but the wrong size they did remake it again. But I definitely did feel like they cared. Maybe they're just off tonight.

Racist black customer was telling a Latino employee to "go back where you came from" after he asked for a refill and she asked for his receipt before refilling his reusable cup. He came in off the street, demanding a free coffee, then lost his temper over an employee just doing her job.She kept her composure and was beyond professional and polite, despite the circumstances.I'm sorry that you had to deal with that grown 50-year-old child.

This Starbucks doesn't have any outlets to plug in your device if you want to study here and enjoy your favorite drink. Other than that it's clean, there's a restroom, friendly staff :)

The drinks were great as always but i spent $30 on a coffee mug that isn't even spill proof! What the F?!? Not cool, never buying a mug at Starbucks again.
