Tuesday Nov. 11th @ 4:12p. Just walked in with my daughter, sat down to do some work, got up to order at the counter. The African American lady working at the counter looked right at me and didn't ask if I needed anything. So I walked away. Came back and told her she looked right at me and didn't say anything. She claimed she was getting her order pad. Lol! Ride service and now I really don't want anything from this Starbucks or any today. Really sucks!!

Everyone is nice, but shaken espresso needs to be worked on. I ordered one today it was okay just didnt like that all the cinnamon powder was in the bottom of the cup & it looked like a regular latte to me

Almost every worker has been amazing and very kind with impeccable service. The drink and food always taste good and fresh. The only exception are the twins here kinda always have a bad attitude. I come here daily for almost. A year now. They all know my name and sometime I’m here 3 times a day giving tons of money and have left tons of tips in the past. Today I was 7 cent (7 Pennie’s ) short and the lady sat and almost didn’t let me slide on it after asking if I can go 7c short, yet I’ve given her tips of $5 in the past.. multiple times and almost every worker here has gotten a tip at some point in time. Just kinda shows no customer appreciation and it made me just think about how valuable my money is and how this is a habit I need to stop if you can’t even help me out when I’m a penny short. This won’t be my last time here but hopefully their last attitude with me 💕
