Watched as these two cops harassed the older (African-Am) man outside of this Starbucks. Why? Did a manager call them to the store. So rude and hateful. What harm is he to anyone?

I am lactose intolerant and ordered a coffee with coconut milk. They put whole milk instead and I had an allergic reaction.

I’ve found that the Starbucks is really quite wonderful compared to the Star Wars across the street. The customer service there is truly exceptional, and the atmosphere feels so inviting. Every time I visit, the service makes me feel valued, and they always prepare my drink just the way I like it. It’s a comforting experience that really brightens my day.

I stopped by on a busy Saturday morning and noticed a new employee at the register who seemed unsure how to process my order. When he asked a colleague for help, she appeared frustrated, likely due to the rush and her focus on making drinks. To keep things moving, I chose a different item.

I understand weekends are hectic, but it might be helpful to ensure new staff have more support during peak hours to improve the experience for both employees and customers.

I had an unfortunate experience at Starbucks recently that left me feeling disappointed. I arrived about 20 minutes before closing, fully aware of the time but not expecting to feel rushed. As I approached the counter ready with my order, the cashier loudly asked, “Are you ready to order? We’re closing soon,” which felt unnecessarily abrupt. When I placed my order, she informed me it would take five minutes because the tea leaves needed to brew, but she repeatedly made comments to another worker about how she couldn’t close yet because of the brew. It was clear she viewed this as an inconvenience, which made the entire interaction uncomfortable. Throughout the time I was waiting for my drink she repeatedly made comments to other patrons about how they were closing soon and even began turning off the lights! I understand that everyone wants to wrap up their shift, but as a customer & also a retail worker, I would have appreciated a bit more professionalism and courtesy. I’ve never had such an unpleasant experience at a Starbucks.

Starbucks used to be a friendly place for people who need to work with their laptops or phone, now they don't even have plug in or a comfortable/cozy enviroment. Is a shame that non of the 4 Starbucks that are around have a plug in area, go to Panera Bread if you are in the area

I stopped by for some coffee after a long drive... Before going on another long drive.. And it was still 15-20min to closing... And I was DENIED the restroom because she had cleaned and said she chose to close it for the night. Horrible!
