Staff member Morgan remembers me and my girls orders. Best drinks around. Other Starbucks don't make them quite as good so I take the extra time to walk here rather then order delivery from random Starbucks. I always take out but it's nice inside they just remodeled. Busy area but they get you in and out quick.

Lovely shop with the best service I have ever had in Starbucks!! I visited the store today around 2:45pm, I wanted to especially appreciate Morgan for her kindness to help me making my cellphone battery recharged :) That way I could order my favorite matcha latte and take bus home safely. Will definitely come back again!

I love the variety of drinks and especially the customer service.
This is the best Starbucks around. Not only do they make the best drinks, me and my bf don't even like to go to any other Starbucks now cause it's just not made as yummy, but the people that work here really make it a special experience. Morgan in particular, she takes the time to remember your name and order, it's quite impressive. Even on my boyfriend's second visit there, Morgan knew his name and our usual order. He was shocked lol not only that, she's done things to show she really cares about the regulars there, like when I got my driver's license she gave me a free drink! Coming here is always a pleasant experience. (I always get an iced matcha latte with flavored cold cream foam and my bf gets the caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino ?)

Staff doesn't care if the ordered item is made correctly or not. When asked to make corrections, returned cup with chocolate syrup all over the place. She didn't bother to clean up properly. I had to ask for wet napkins to clean it up. It's first time I have such experience with Starbucks. I should've asked to re-made. Bty, I barely tasted java chips in my drink. Not sure it is the new recipe or I simply didn't get enough Java chips today. Usually I don't write long reviews, but today was so sorry enough ...
