My favorite Starbucks!! Norma, Juan, Keyla, Isabella, Griffin, Morgan, and the rest of the staff are the absolute BEST! They make the place feel like a neighborhood coffee shop rather than just another corporate chain. I'd give it six stars if I could!

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for over a year now and only because they get my coffee right and are very friendly and welcoming. Never had a bad experience here. Everyone is here is so amazing. I have been coming here since I moved to Mar Vista about four years ago. It feels like a community here. Even during COVID everyone here was welcoming. It was one of the first places I ventured out to once some of the restrictions were lifted. I love coming here and highly recommend the place.

Sometimes it’s not the brand, it’s the location! I’ve never been a huge Starbucks person, mostly because no one ever makes my coffee exactly how I like it. Too much milk, not enough ice, or no strength left in the coffee. But THIS Starbucks? They get it. Perfect balance every time… strong, just enough milk, the right amount of ice. More than that, it’s the people. The crew here greets me like family, knows me by my first name, and somehow always has my coffee ready the second I walk in. They genuinely make me smile and start my day off right. Proof that sometimes the experience and the humans behind the counter make all the difference. This Starbucks location has officially won me over.

I absolutely love the Starbucks located on Venice and Centinela. This location consistently delivers a great experience . My husband and I both love the hazelnut shaken espresso with oat milk, which 9xs out of 10 is made to perfection and when it’s not it is an easy fix!
What really sets this Starbucks apart, though, is the outstanding customer service. The baristas are always welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. Morgan, Janet, Griff, and Jacob (to name a few) always go above and beyond to make sure customers feel valued and taken care of. I’m always highly satisfied when I leave, and it’s clear this team truly cares about their customers. Highly recommend this location!
