This used to be a great location with quality being served. Yesterday I spent $6 on an iced coffee with just regular cream and sugar and it tasted watered down and burnt somehow. It was. Like drinking the motel coffee they give you complimentary in the rooms. I was so disappointed. I tried to drink the drink but I was too far gone to return it or ask for a remake by the time I realized how bad it was. And even if I had I didn't want to ask for a remake because I had to ask for two remakes a week ago because they were so heavy handed with sweeteners and milk that that's all you could taste. This location needs retraining or something because that coffee I had yesterday was absolute swill.

The vibe is fine but there is not a single electrical outlet here, so you can’t work long hours here which is the only reason I’m interested in coffee shops these days.

I went to grab a tea and get some work done around 6pm. And despite their hours stating they close at 9pm they were closed at 6pm. If you go beware they may close early.

Nice location, but no outlets. They only want the homeless to hang around. Need to work or study? Not your place.

I only rated it for the environment. I really like the high ceilings and large windows at this location.

Came to this area for a concert, stayed at a hotel nearby. Thought this would be a good stop to start the day of driving back to Las Vegas. Boy was I wrong. The two ladies working the morning shift couldn’t be less personable/professional. I made my order, in clear English and yet they still managed to mess it up. When asked about it, they just said, “we didn’t include that in your order.” Somehow the words that came out of my mouth were misinterpreted during the ordering process, and they just looked at me with imbecilic faces. As I was walking away, another customer said to me, “it’s this place. They always mess things up.”
Really sad giving this would be a nice place otherwise.

The lack of power outlets is weird. In fact, they look to have been removed.

Nice simple design. Inside taken up with lap tops but outside shade was a chill vibe. Cortado was a foam macchiato…not a fan of that. Its Starbucks so not too fussy.

It’s a spacious and cozy Starbucks on sunset boulevard. The environment here is quiet and tidy. You can study, working quietly here. Nice place!

The baristas are very welcoming every visit. Service is great. Nice little patio outside. For people who need a space work area I would recommend this one. Do keep in mind sunset can be busy. Plenty of parking in the back do be aware of rush hours etc. For those visiting LA please read the street parking signs. This SB is surrounded by other shops.
