HONEST REVIEW......First time and last time, especially someone from out of state.. No sauce bar, overpriced, worst service ever. No water refill...end up grabbing myself two pitchers off the counter. Wasn't even busy. Waitress mia for 10 min outside. No interaction. Wife and kids couldn't believe this. Shrimp seems to be overdue.. cook the shrimp and became saugy. Didn't even finish the shrimp. Not getting sick from this. Service fee for 2 adult and 1 kid plus tip. Cost me $160..big disappointment. My advice for the restaurant.. retrain your staff and get a sauce bar.
I arrived around 1am and there was a line of people and no hostess to attend. Many tables did not have guest and were not being cleaned up allowing for longer wait times. My party speaks to an employee after 20 minutes of standing in line.My party received a dirty table where previous guest left before service arrived but the silverware’s and sauces were tampered with. The employees did not replace the silverware and when we asked for a replacement they were very upset and rude. When we ordered our meats we received the incorrect order. No beverage menu or starting waters were was given even when food had came out. Raw meats took over 10 minutes to come out. We asked for bowls of rice more than 3x until we finally received them . We had only ordered one round until they let us know they were out of brisket. Five minutes pass and a table directly behind us gets the brisket and orders another one right after. They service was far from helpful and attentive. Would not recommend this place in any circumstance :/
