They’re overpriced, but that comes with the territory. What’s not acceptable is keeping six or so customers waiting at the counter while training another employee in the kitchen . One of us even called out to make sure they knew they were keeping people waiting; the guy just said “I’ll be right with you!” and went back to training. He was still ignoring us three minutes later when I gave up and left.

Definitely my favorite cafe in Beverly Hills! Their food is so fresh and I can taste the quality. Their drinks are always great too and I love that they have the Chagaccino. I also love their grab and go fridges which have a bunch of drinks as well as breakfast oat cups/parfaits, sandwiches, wraps and other treats.
What makes this place so special is that they have the friendliest staff who are always kind and welcoming. They are also very dog friendly and half of the cafe has a good selection of dog accessories - super cute and unique! And they have a water bowl outside for dogs!
They are inside a corporate building but their vibe is so nice that I always forget. The bathrooms in the building are also super clean and smell good! And they have plenty of comfortable indoor and outdoor seating. Perfect place to get some work done or get a coffee with a friend.

The staff are friendly in a way that feels natural, not forced. You can tell they like being there, and it shows in how they treat customers. I’ve had both quiet mornings here with a book and catch-up chats with friends in the afternoon, and it just works for both. Highly recommend the vanilla cold brew and burrito —it’s consistently spot-on. Also, the pastries? Surprisingly good. Not your average display-case stuff. It’s the kind of place you find once and keep coming back to without even thinking about it. A little pocket of calm in the middle of the day.

Took my baby in here after his doctors appointment and it had a very peaceful ambience and the staff was friendly. But I ended up waiting over 20 minutes for a piece of avocado toast and there was no one else even in their ordering food lol. Way too damn slow. Finally got the avocado toast and it was good but the focaccia bread was way too much bread and a bit overwhelming. Bummer that the service was so slow.
A very nice place with a great atmosphere to study and do work at. The pastries and drinks are really good too, and I would recommend their Chicken Tenders! Welcoming and accommodating workers too!
